The therapist are pretty good, I found they were knowledgeable. Here's my issues. I was referred here by Kaiser, I believe it would have been cheaper to pay their hourly rate and not go through my insurance, somehow I was billed more than there advertised rates. Also, I've paid all my bills but randomly they will send me bills saying I still owe money. I just received another bill in September for something I paid in June. They always say it's a mistake but will continue to send me random bills. I'm sure lots of people just pay without doing the research. So if you do go here watch the bills because they will try to rip you off. read more

I came here about 4 weeks ago for my knee problems . It hurt to walk and I limped when I walk for years. I met Dr Nguyen for therapy and within the 2nd week I was able to walk without limping . The pain in my knee is practically gone . Dr Nguyen set up a routine for me and exercises to do at home . That's the key the therapy at home. My family was shocked to see I am not limping anymore . I called Wednesday morning to make an appointment due to extreme pain and limited mobility in my neck. I was told by the clerk over the phone, that she didn't know if she could book my appointment so she would ask and that I would get a call back from either her the next day or the manager the same day due to having insurance but wanting to pay out of pocket (due to my provider dismissing my case). The next day I decided to book online with another local doctor and turns out, in the x-ray that was taken today in his office and read, my spine is missing the s-curvature at the top of my spine and my skull is crushing the top of my spine causing the excruciating pain in the back of my neck. If I would've waited for a call back... Call else where to book your appointment. There's no sense of urgency and care from this office. read more

I've been going to Central Care for about 3 months now for my foot tendonitis. Kaiser referred me to them. I had no expectations just trying to find relief from my aching feet and try to get back to a normal life. I couldn't stand for more than about 30 seconds on my feet because of burning sensation. After ONE session I have found relief. I also appreciate that they give you exercises for home to strengthen your muscles/ligaments as well as give you therapy. They are able to work out the "knots" with tools to get immediate relief. Everyone is super kind and knowledgeable at Central Care. I am able to now walk for a long period of time as well as stand. I can walk barefoot around my home (which I could not do before). I'm very thankful for the 7 sessions so far and have seen major improvement in my recovery. read more

Totally Satisfied! Their is no dispute that when you are in pain you are willing to try anything to make that pain go away. I have a disc protrusion (4mm) and a right annular. I have been experiencing severe pain for the past 3 months. My primary physician has had me on pain killer and muscle relaxers which really out the pain to sleep. However, it was not a solution to my problem, just a remedy for pain. Staff and the PT was nice but the office was very chaotic to look at. I saw that Christina had good ratings and her staff said she had experience with kids so I picked this office. Unfortunately, she didn't seem to have experience handling my almost 3 yr old high functioning asd son. He does very well with therapists and currently does 2 one hour PT sessions weekly with no problems. He does another 15 hrs of speech,OT and behavioral therapy with no issues. During the evaluation I had to constantly redirect him because she didn't appear to know how to. His other therapist use " Let's finish this and this and then you can pick something you want to do". She didn't attempt to do anything to motivate him. It turned out that this office only recommended one 15 minute session weekly, likely because the PT could not keep my son's interest more than 15 minutes. read more

I began coming here 3 months after my Microdisccectomy on my L5S1 disc. I had a pain level of 3 left and some residual tightness and was very stiff. One of my goals was to get rid of my remaining sciatica and be more flexible so i can resume to normal daily activities, go back to the gym and get out of bed with no trouble or pain. 12 PT sessions later I can now say I feel about 98% there! I have no more sciatica and am a lot more flexible and have been going to the gym for a month now! the girls at the front desk were very nice and were able to accommodate my busy schedule as well!
