I came here twice for work related injuries and was well taken care of by all trainers. Lydia was very kind during my treatment and didn't make me feel like just a patient. It was nice to have some conversation while trying to work through the pain I was going through. Neil was another trainer I worked with that ensured I was getting the treatment needed but not overdoing it. I'm very grateful to have both these trainers during my therapy sessions. I also want to say that Eric's manner with patients is very personable which is hard to come by. He will check in with you during and after your sessions to make sure the therapy is right for you and will give you tips of what you do at home to help with your progress. I love this place! Everyone is so nice and so attentive. I hurt my shoulder doing I don't know what.....I'm glad my doctors referred me here. I can't say enough nice things about everyone here. I remember one Friday it was hectic in the office. The phones were ringing off the hook. People checking in and out. People working out. Timers going off. The staff kept their cool. Worked as a team. They were all so friendly with each other and every patient. This place runs like a well oiled machine. A shout out to Pro- Body Physical Therapy! At 63 years, I pulled a muscle in my rear shoulder blade while lifting a 36 bottle of water. I went to my General Doc and she gave me 2 referrals for PT and told me to choose. I checked out the Yelps on both, and although both looked good, Pro- Body had RAVING reviews plus it was local. I made an appointment and was seen within three days of my call, and was evaluated by Christine Follett, a Ph.d. in Physical Therapy. A treatment plan of 8 sessions were scheduled and we began the following week. Christine was amazing!! Not only was I given exercises to expand my range of motion, I was given electric probs stimulating my rear shoulder muscles while laying on "warm damp towels." It was great! And finally, the greatest massage ever by Christine, who was knowledgeable and friendly! Within 4 treatments, I felt much better and was released within 6 sessions. I highly recommend Pro-Body Physical Therapy in Chino Hills. The entire staff are professional as well as knowledgeable. The facilities are clean and well organized. I had a minor neck injury and I wanted to get some professional advice on getting this treated. My therapy consisted of basic exercises and shocking the muscle around my neck. I was already noticing that this was a total waste of my time by the second visit, so I decided to stop going. Two visits and these are the costs: $100 - for evaluations (Insurance write off $25) $38 - for therapeutic exercise (insurance write off $0) Not sure why it cost so much for basic exercise and stretching that I can probably find on Google. $76 - for manual therapy (Insurance write off $39) Better off going to a full body massage and probably get better massages. $76 - for another therapeutic exercise (Insurance write off $1.00) With my Anthem BlueCross PPO, the visits cost me a total of $225. Good thing I stopped going or else it would have cost me thousands out of my pocket. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by this PT office, it was way bigger and nicer than I'd imagined, even though it's inside a medical building. What initially won me over was the wonderful service from the front desk staff. Their willingness to call my insurance on a Friday afternoon, work everything out, and then called me back to confirm the details....as many offices won't offer to do that. Eric, the main therapist (& owner) is amazing. He's very detailed, takes his time, and develops an individualized plan for all your needs. He's great with addressing (& listening to) all my concerns and questions. So far I'm seeing positive results in muscle loosening and range of motion after my jaw surgery. I only went there once and everyone was pleasing and very helpful. I called the billing department on the statement but they said over the phone payments should be made to the location. However, the person that answered the phone call when I was trying to pay my account is totally unprofessional. I already know the balance I needed to pay and gave him my credit card number. When I asked just to make sure how much he was going to charge me, he referred me to the billing department. I told him I already know my balance and wanted to verify just to make sure I won't owe anymore after the payment. The person was adamant in referring me to the billing department. He then hang up on me. I tried to call again but it went to voicemail. Called the billing department and they said to call the office. Called the office but because my number shows on the caller ID, the person just keep hanging up. I guess they don't want my business and my payment. I have never experienced a business that does not want your payment. if this was my business, that unprofessional person would no longer work there. read more

I hurt my shoulder and have been coming here for my 12 week insurance plan. The ladies here treat me like a princess :) they are very attentive and great with patient care. I love coming here, It's my relaxing time even though I have to do tx. :) For the lady that put the bad review. She didn't complain about their treatment, it's about $$. Both of my children who were very good athletes at Chino Hills High ( one in college as a student athlete and another on her way ), both had significant injuries that both required surgery that could've been the ending of their sports careers. Pretty fussy when it comes to medical staff and how they treat me. Great experience at Pro-Body! Place is clean each and every time I have visited. Newer equipment, no tears or stains on chairs or tables, did I mention clean? Staff took time to talk to me, see how I was progressing, made recommendations or corrections all to ensure my condition improved.
