Dr Baek clearly became a a doctor for all the right reasons. First of all his heart! He truly cares about us. He took his time during my first visit and figured out exactly what was wrong. His treatment plan worked no more pain and he teaches you how to take better care of yourself. I was so so scared to see a Chiropractor and I told him that and he never forgot that the entire time. I can't say enough kind words about Dr Baek and his staff. So caring and helpful. I was recently injured in an auto accident and was a painful wreck when I first went in. I had a shoulder injury, a concussion and whiplash. They took care of everything, worked directly with my insurance company and accommodated my schedule. All my therapy was done in-house, including X-rays. Dr. Baek is very patient and explains everything to you, taking as much time as is necessary to address all of your concerns. I was terrified of Chiropractors before I met Dr Baek in 2013. But he has a way of making you feel comfortable and is very gentle and accurate in his treatments. His staff are so kind and efficient. I've never had to wait, was always received right away at my appointment time. I love that they are respectful of my time unlike other doctors who keep you waiting way past your appointment time. Dr Baek's pricing is reasonable but although it is a business, I feel like he and his staff really personalize your care, and focus wholeheartedly on the well-being of their patients. My neck and lower back got very stiff after big car accident. I needed to get some treatments close to home. I didn't want to drive too far. Searched on Yelp and found this place. I made appointment online then received call within about 1 hour. Receptionist needed to confirm the appointment with me. Initially, appointment was very tight so receptionist recommended me to reschedule to different date. I told her about the accident and she tried very hard to accommodate me. She told me to come in right away. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Baek was awesome. He looked very professional and he was very nice. He cracked my neck and back several times and I felt good right away. Then, received some hydro message and electric treatment. It's been about 4 days since my treatments and I feel like I'm at about 90% compared to about 60% prior to treatments. I will try to schedule couple more times to fully recover from accident. Got rear ended and my back was killing me so I decide to look for a chiropractor. Saw they had great review and decided to see if they can get me in today. Front desk that answered the phone was very helpful and got me in to see Dr. Baek within 20 mins from me calling . Dr. Baek listened to all my concerns and came up with a treatment plan for me to get me to feel better . Today is day one and I feel better already . I've been coming here for a few months now and have noticed major improvements! I have had a bad hip pain for about 3 years and from the start Dr. Baek knew exactly what was wrong and what the course of treatments should look like. I was taken aback by how much time Dr. Baek took with me on the first session and how he got to know me as a patient and was thorough in understanding why I was experiencing pain. I'm disappointed I felt the same from when I walked in. Walking out with No relief in any form. It seems to work for others but this visit was more of a waste of time for me. The dr. Didn't even want to finish the adjustment for my mid -back kept saying next time(which he didn't do still after I asked) I didn't understand Why when I am uncomfortable? I even asked how to do some stretch's to help my pain and the doctor looked around like I can show you some but next time more(only took 2 mins to show me 2 ). He was just going to sent me on my way still uncomfortable and no information or guidance to help my pain until my next visit. Now that I no longer go to school near Dr. Baek and I work full time, my trips to see him are fewer and farther between. Therefore when I do get the opportunity to visit the office to get chiro treatment, it is an absolute treat! // PARKING // A breeze inside the spacious plaza. // SERVICE // Darlene and Ruth Ann are amazing in the front office. They are very accommodating because I sometimes call in at the last minute and they always make time in the schedule for me. When I come in and see the two of them, it's like getting to see your longtime friends. They are so sweet and caring. They remember all their patients and make everyone feel welcome. Dr. Baek is very easy to talk to and when he assesses me, he can automatically tell what is bothering me (tension in the neck, back not aligned properly, etc) without me even having to tell him. In addition, he has so many awesome gadgets in the office including the waterbed, electro-therapy pads, x-rays, etc to help with treatment. Dr. Baek is amazing at what he does. Appointments are convenient. He gives all the advice and alternative treatments that apply to your case. The best chiropractor in town. The staff is great and professional. The facility has several machines that cater to your needs. I Personally enjoy the jet water bed. Relaxing and loosens you up for Dr. Baek to adjust you. They also habe x-ray machine and several other back massage and extension machines that really helps with recovery process. I've been going to dr. Baeks office for years to treat all my sports injuries. He's knowledgeable and knows how to take care if his patience. I've been going to Dr. Baek for a few months now and am really happy with my investment here. After my initial consultation, a treatment plan was set up for me with a few different payment options. For the length and amount of treatment I'm getting, the price is definitely reasonable. For the amount of pain relief I've felt, the price is absolutely 100% worth it! I always feel comfortable here and that my time is respected. I also really appreciate how accommodating they are of my schedule. Sometimes my work hours are a little crazy and I have to cancel or reschedule at the last minute. They're always really understanding and will fit me in wherever they can. I have NO idea what the previous reviewer was saying about Ruthann. Both Ruthann and Darlene are amazing - always nice, friendly, and make you feel comfortable. I've never been treated poorly or felt they were rude in the slightest, even when they were busy and rushed. In fact, they take time to ask you about your life, work, etc, and really get to know you while you're there. It was the best decision I could have made! I literally feel like I am walking on clouds every time I leave his office. I've been to a number of chiropractors over the years and Dr. Baek is the absolute BEST! He takes the time to assess your situation and has a number of therapies to help loosen tight muscles before an adjustment. I visit Dr. Baek's office weekly for adjustments.
