I was told, I have a small filling, which took 4 min to fix-charge 700 dollars. A receptionist told me who cares, your insurance pays. Very unprofessional. Yes, it pays, but what if you really need help and you have to pay out of your pocket than. 2. Dr. Sarafan is extremely rude and aggressive, he does not listen to patients and annoyed at them, pushing you to agree to do things not needed. If you are annoyed , just retire. 3. Terrorizing phone calls from the reception. They have nothing to do, so they are calling to remind you about an appointment almost every two weeks( for 6 months) JUST STOP calling me. First of all, I know my working schedule only 3 weeks in advance, no need to bother me every 2 weeks with your reminders. And, if you don't pick up the phone, they send you an email. 4. The quality of work of hygienists definitely mediocre. Not all, but most of them.
