There aren't enough words to express what H20 wellness and especially Stephanie has done for my mind, body and most importantly my health. We met on a whim at a local exercise class where she approached me about helping me with a brain injury I was having. I had serious gut health issues because of it and was over all very sick and struggling. The improvements I had after my first colonic were not by chance. It was incredible, I felt like a new energized, refreshed person and hadn't felt that way in years. By the third one and on I felt like I completely turned a leaf and was truly starting to heal. Calm, Educational, Relaxation & A Colon Detox is exactly what Patti gave me. This visit is my first of many to come treatments. the colonic procedure is private which is a big for me +, such a personal area that patti don't discrimination. From start to finish she helped massage my intestinal track, which felt amazing to help my digestive track release to build up inside the lining of my track. I have so many great things to say about my experiences here I don't even know where to begin! I have had issues my whole life with being "regular" going to the bathroom and with my gut health. I was getting to a point where I was starting to experience even more stomach issues and pains and side effects from not being able to go to the bathroom days at a time. I had heard about colonics before, but I was always thinking I'd be to embarrassed to get one. I have Parkinson's disease and along with this disease- there are a lot of times I just don't have a bowel movement for a week or more. I also have had a pain in my upper right quadrant for over a year- I've had 2 cat scans an MRI and 4 ultrasounds. They found nothing. I went to Patty at H2O Wellness. I had my 1st colonic a week ago and my second colonic today. I will say that Patty is the most compassionate and sensitive person, she really cares about helping people- it's her passion in life. She puts you completely at ease from the moment you arrive. The pain that I'd been feeling for over a year is completely GONE! I'm sleeping better, I have energy like I've never had before- I'm having normal bowel movements. She explained to me that getting a colonic is like retraining your colon... it's like taking your colon to the gym. Aha moment for me! I'll be going back again next week, and then once a month for maintenance. I would recommend Patty to anyone who suffers with any issues with their bowels.
