Even so, the response I received two days before the auction, "The address is on the top of your invoice. Doug Little", had nothing to do with the issue I raised. Two weeks ago, I identified an issue with a posted auction, but there was lack of response, even though I messaged several times. Today, 8/7, I called Doug and explained the situation to improve his customer service. He agreed it was an area for improvement and stated they have been "running too far and too fast". I recommended he spend time addressing customer service on his auctions.
