Lock & Key for my Vespa key witch has a security chip in it. Presto he did it and for a fraction of the dealer, then it gets better. I bought my girl a Japanese scooter that came with 1 key. So I went to three local lock guys, two completely failed and one did such a poor job the keys sort of worked ( Lots of jiggling). So I showed D.E. Lock & Key the keys he took one look and said that they were the wrong blanks. With a little effort he found the right blanks and they work like butter. Unbelievably, I realize that I loaned my spare key to my sister and it's now out of state! Knowing it'd do no good for me to drive from Los Osos to Atascadero to help my dad get in (short of breaking a window), I picked up the phone. EVERY LOCKSMITH IN THE NORTH COUNTY DIDN'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE. EXCEPT ONE: Pacific Locksmiths. (Two hours later as I write this, NOT A SINGLE OTHER LOCKSMITH HAS RETURNED MY CALL). I was in a very stressful situation where I my car keys made and the woman who answered the phone was so nasty to me. I could not believe how rude she was I had her on speaker for my friend to listen to what I was hearing. I kept my cool because I didn't know any one else in my area who would make a push to start key on a Sunday. Luckily for myself I ended up not needing their services anymore so I called back and cancelled and let her know that she was the rudest person I have ever spoke to and that I absolutely would not support her business. Someone should absolutely monopolize on the locksmith business as this woman is absolutely heinous, and I promise many people only call and deal with her because they are in a stressful situation and no one else is available. ONLY USE IF YOU ARE DESPERATE AND NO ONE ELSE IS AVAILABLE AND BE PREPARED. I can't say much about anyone else because she is the only one I spoke to. But this woman sucks. She talked down to me like I was broke.
