My garage doors and motors needed to be completely replaced, and they were. The problem was that he wanted to give me $100.00 and leave the old tracks. I think he probably paid $75.00 per track times 4 plus labor and either didn't have the tracks or said he didn't. My estimate is $700, but I'm not sure. It should have been a line item on the bid that got removed or if the tracks were fine, why were they being replaced? If you're an older woman, hold onto your wallet. read more

Tony is very knowledgeable and works smart. I'd been having trouble with one of my LiftMaster garage door openers for many months. It was very intermittent, randomly opening and closing, and then completely failed. It was installed by Brad's overhead door and I called them first to see if they could fix it yet one more time. Overall, I called three times over a week and a half and I never got a single call back. In desperation, I called Tony at Gallegos Garage Door. He responded in about 30 minutes. He came on site the same day. As he was looking at the wires, the opener mysteriously started working again. Tony suspected that the logic board with somehow intermittent, but couldn't debug it any further, because it was working. On the next day, Friday, the opener stopped working completely. Tony came right over a few hours after I called him. After two years of screwing around with this thing with Brad's overhead door. I come to the conclusion at Tony suggestion that the garage door opener needed to be replaced. Tony went over to San Luis Obispo on Martin Luther King day and picked up a brand new unit and then installed it on Monday afternoon! I Initially thought the price he quoted was a bit high.
