Since I live about two hours away, I had never been to this hospital before and didn't know what to expect. From the moment I arrived, I had an excellent experience. I waited less than five minutes in the waiting room before being seen. Every single person I interacted with was kind, compassionate, and professional. Most importantly, they took my pain and concerns seriously and made me feel heard and cared for during a very stressful situation. I've unfortunately had to visit hospitals before, and I can honestly say this was the best hospital experience I've ever had. Everyone treated me with respect, showed genuine concern, and provided excellent care. I am incredibly grateful to the doctors, nurses, and staff who helped me that day. The nurse who helped us (I believe her name was Ana), was so very thorough and informative. She took her time with each of us and took extra care for my husbands cousin, who is blind.
