We love Central Coast Termite and recommend them to anyone and everyone who even mentions bugs of any kind! We had an ant invasion and they arranged for one of their technicians to come out within an hour of us calling for help. The technician was excellent, he talked us through the different products being used due to the invasion (how long to let them be, which ones we needed to keep our dog away from) and helped us pick animal friendly (we have a dog) products to use afterwards for maintenance. Since the original invasion we have had service every other month with an occasional extra visit when we see extra ants/creepycrawlies like before or after rain storms. The office and the technicians are always very communicative. We get a call ahead of time to double check the scheduled day will work with our schedule, we get a call the day of from the technician with a generalized time frame, and we get a call/text from the technician when they are almost to the house. Every single visit the technicians asks what issues we've noticed and if we have any concerns other than the normal stuff. The technicians have gotten to know us and we really enjoy seeing and chatting with them when they're here. The services provided are great! The ants are kept under control (I have not seen one inside the house since the initial visit 3 years ago). We have not had any spiders in the house or garage since starting, we used to have them seasonally and always in the garage. If it's going to rain the day of or right after a scheduled visit, we always get a call to see if we want the visit rescheduled so that all the product doesn't get washed away. This company is truly wonderful. We knew we had termites, and having the house tented was a foregone conclusion. But when the carpenter who was replacing our deck found termites in the adjoining fence (which we replaced), we got nervous about the other fence on our property which was the same age, and looked to be in the same condition. When I called CCT and their guy came out to have a look, he said it was all old damage and there was no need to worry. The termites were long gone. He could very easily have charged us for a spot treatment, and we wouldn't have known any better. This is the where a company shows its true colors. Namely, CCT is Honest & Trustworthy! I called Central Coast Termite a few years ago about rats in an orange tree. They came out very quickly and just as quickly I stopped finding hollowed out oranges! They also checked to make sure the rodents hadn't found their way into the house! Greg also noticed I had aphids on a hibiscus plant and suggested that they spray to get rid of them. Soon, no more bugs! I also referred Central Coast Termite to someone who had rats in the roof. They took care of them and continue to monitor the bait stations. When I thought I saw a scorpion in the house they came quickly and treated the yard for them. I just recently requested that they add insect control to my service. Greg and team rebuilt our 2nd story deck 2 1/2 years ago and it's still standing strong. They completed the deck faster than promised, kept a clean job site and sent qualified people to do the job. We've built 2 homes and I can only say I wish every project went this smooth. Our deck had rot from a few pin holes in the deck covering and because our contractor didn't bother to flash around the deck posts/railings. Had their service for years, the staff has always been very professional and courteous. They have also been good to warn us when they were doing any special spraying to keep our pets indoors until the spraying dried. When we moved away we contracted them to tent our house before selling it.
