I have had good luck in the past year with finding very qualified service professionals on Yelp and I definitely was pleased again! Ivan was one of several that responded to my request for service through Yelp but definitely was the best from the start as he was quick to respond, stop by that day and was very clear with the diagnosis of it all! It was determined the washer was too far gone and he correctly diagnosed some issues I already knew about. A few days later, Ivan was able to deliver and install a fair priced reconditioned washer that he offered. He took the old washer away without any problems and cleaned up the area. He also cleaned out my dryer during this service visit for a very reasonable fee. It was an overdue service so it worked out great. Ivan was prompt, professional, communicated well and he offered a fair price for all services. I am very happy with the entire experience and recommend him to anyone needing washer or dryer service. My washer and dryer both needed servicing. Ivan was quick and easy to schedule with and when something came up and I had to reschedule, he was very friendly and it wasn't a problem. He showed up early, fixed my dryer, and explained to me in detail what was wrong with my washer. Unfortunately, in my case, it's better for me to replace the washer than to fix it, but Ivan was very helpful in explaining exactly what was wrong and why, so I feel confident that buying a new washer is the right decision. Excellent service - No power to our stove when we woke up, thought a fuse had blown, called Ivan at 8:00am and he promised to be here by 1:00pm the same day. He called to say he will be here at Noon and arrived bang on time. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable & diagnosed the issue very quickly - it was actually a breaker issue and not the cooker. Was able to speak to Ivan on Saturday August 30th and he said he was available on Sept 1 2025 even though it's a holiday. He arrived at the promised time frame. He was able to locate the problem right away and fortunately he had the needed part in his vehicle. He fixed and cleaned my dryer to like new specs and he mentioned that the dryer chimney needs to be cleaned as well. There was so much lint in the exhaust chimney, glad I decided to have him do it. Ivan showed up and methodically diagnosed what could be the issue of my fridge not cooling. He showed me what he was looking at and let me know what the options would be to fix.
