We installed a new gas stovetop, but the burners wouldn't light and no gas was coming through. We called the gas company but they didn't want to come out for a week. In November 2035, Ivan came out to repair my machine. I was at work so I had a neighbor let him in. He asked her what was wrong with the machine because he had not written down what I said. . My neighbor told Ivan that she didn't know. He proceeded to pull the stackable out and take the washing machine apart in the back. He then said he had to order a part and would come back. He left the machines out in n the hallway taken apart. He never answered or returned my calls or texts to schedule the second appointment. It is now January 16th and I have another repair service looking at the mess Ivan left in the hallway. They said Ivan removed so many parts and left them on the floor and that it was all very unnecessary. They are working on it now. Hopefully they will be able to repair it. What a mess. read more

Excellent service. Ivan responded in less than thirty minutes to my request to have our washing machine serviced. He was able to schedule an appointment for the same day and within a couple of hours. Called Ivan because our samsung front loader and top loader washers decided to take a dump on us. As a mom with little kids I practically run my washer every day! Ivan was recommended by a friend and once I called him he was at my house within 30 minutes!
