I called Culley on a Tuesday and he came the next day to spray for spiders and fleas. I had been using another guy for 2 years but the stuff he sprayed smelled too strong and had a chemical smell to it and we had to vacate the premises for 3 hours! It was too much! After having our home nearly overtaken by small brown ants, we tried all kinds of ant baits and sprays. They worked some, but the ants would be back within a day or two. Finally, I decided to call an exterminator. I called three of them. One didn't call back (until a week later), another wanted to sign me up on an ongoing "support" program. Then I called The Pest Posse. Culley, the owner, answered the phone himself. He listed to the details of the problem and felt confident he could handle it in one visit, and quoted me a reasonable price. He came over and two hours later was done. He said it's one of the worse ant problems he's seen in years. He guaranteed his work for 30 days, as well. While he does ongoing support programs for a monthly fee, he didn't think we needed one. I thought it was very cool that he didn't try to sell me something extra that I might not need. It has been about 2 weeks since he treated our house, and the ants are gone. I mean totally gone. We used to literally have thousands of ants a day crawling in nearly every room. Now there are all gone. Absolutely amazing. On top of getting the job done, Culley is just a really nice guy. Cully came out and removed a wasp nest the same day I called him. He poisoned the wasps with essential oils that are safe for pets. He explained that we needed to be careful for several days because some wasps will come back looking for the nest and be very angry when they see it is missing. We have been careful to avoid angry wasps and everything has been perfect. We not only solved our current stinging problem, but now we know who to call for future bug challenges. read more

We we referred to the Pest Posse Too by our best friends who used Culley as their Insect/Varment/Termite Inspector for years. After bringing a second refrigerator into the house for more storage space this summer, we quickly found out that we also brought home 2 "unwanted friends". We thought we could take care of them on our own, and set up a few traps in key locations. After about 3 weeks without any confirmed kills, we got Culley's number and gave him a call. We set up an appointment so he could inspect the damage. He found mice/rat droppings in many more places that we thought possible. He set up a plan which included 12-15 strategically placed traps in the house, as well as under the house. To add to the difficulty of the job, we also have 3 dogs that are primarily indoor pets. He comforted our nerves about our beloved animals possibly getting caught in a trap. His dedication to our "special project" made us feel that we were important, and that he truly cared about "fixing" our problem. Over the span of about 3-4 weeks, Culley and his traps killed 13 rats. However, he said the job was still unfinished, as he was yet to kill "the mama". After another week of hard work and dedication, he finally caught her, and we have been rat free ever since. With the heat, summer, new neighbors moving in next door, we just discovered a cockroach infestation as well. We asked Culley for help again, and know that he will come through when he comes back to visit us next week. We tried multiple ant baits to fix our ant problem and while they worked temporarily the ants just kept reappearing and we couldn't figure out from where in a second story apartment. After an aggravating 6 weeks of constant cleaning and baiting, our property manager called in an exterminator. Culley was very professional, friendly and amazing at his work. He figured out where the ants were coming from outside from a neighboring property. He gave us info on why our liquid baits weren't ever going to work and replaced it with something better, and sprayed the awful trees outside that were part of the ant problem as well as causing sap issues. Pest Posse Too might be a new business in the area, but Culley has a long track record of work in the pest control industry. He worked for a different company when he first helped us with an unwanted rodent in the garage. Then later he got rid of some roaches for us. A few weeks ago we heard the sound of a rodent in the attic. Then we saw the evidence in the house. It was time to call in the professional, because my attempts at placing a trap came up empty. Culley was prompt and professional. He knows how rodents think, what they eat, how they move within the structure... And within a couple of days he had caught a few juveniles. Then a couple more.
