I was having dental surgery done in the border town of Los Algodones. I told Vick when he dropped me off for my appt. that I wasn't sure when I would be done, though I guessed around 5:30 or 6:00. I said I would call him when I was ready to go. I didn't get out til about 7:30 and it was getting dark. I called Vick and he said he was waiting at the Port of Entry! I was so grateful and relieved! He didn't even wait for my call. He just made a point of being there! All I can say is his service goes above and beyond any other service in the area, Believe me, I had the chance to find that truth out personally. Two cab companies I tried were very late after they had promised they were 10 minutes away! You can be sure Vick will be there when you expect him to be, in a clean car, with a capable reassuring demeanor. I am scheduled to come back to Yuma in late August. I was pleasantly surprised. Once I understood how to read the bus routes it was easy. At some stops the bus was a little late, but it's to be expected. All the drivers were friendly, cordial and professional. Here's a tip; buy the refillable ride card if you're going to ride often, to save time and money. It doesn't run on after 7pm-ish, Sundays or holidays...that's fine. Worth it!

Thankfully, I made it through with ample time and kept in contact with the driver Izzy. Once I made it to the agreed pick up zone at LAX it was a breeze. Izzy took care of loading everyone's luggage and offered a snack and waters. Five minutes before each drop off location, he would make an announcement so riders could prepare and make ride arrangements. He made me feel safe! The shuttle itself with clean and in great condition. The seats were comfortable and reclinable. The seatbelts were in great condition and must be warn at all times. I wish there was a little air freshener though. There were monitors toward the front that showed fun facts about both LAX and San Diego!! They offer gift certificates with discounts and can earn points for each use. I will definitely use this service again!!

The driver, David, was professional, friendly, helpful, and provided clear instructions regarding drop-offs/pickups at LAX. Of course, we hit the notorious LA traffic, which David handled very well and still got us to LAX on time. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
