Less than 24 hours later he calls but instead of telling me what's going on with the car he quickly tells me we're finished and she's ready to go. The owner was also rude & dismissive that I had called back. Then things got much worse. I created a virtual card specifically to pay this towing company. They were the ONLY people I gave that card number to. After my original review, someone attempted to make an unauthorized purchase using that exact virtual card. My bank's fraud department contacted me and flagged the transaction. Draw your own conclusions. I will never use this company again, and I strongly recommend anyone dealing with them watch their belongings and monitor whatever card they use to pay.
