The team here fit us on the schedule and we were able to drop our car off before heading off to vacation. When we returned 12 days later, the car was still not ready. Eventually, our car was ready 3 weeks after we dropped it off. This is no big deal, as they were waiting on parts for a while and provided us a loaner when we returned. The only reason they are not getting a 5 star review is because of the customer service. When your car is in the shop for that long, a technician should be reaching out every 2-3 days to provide an update. We had to reach out nearly every time and even then, would hardly get a definite answer on when the car was ready and what was wrong. We are used to small auto body shops who communicate with customers periodontally to provide updates. They can improve on this. Thanks for taking care of our major repair within warranty!

Our van is modified with a wheelchair ramp and this presents a challenge for the exhaust configuration - for some - but not for Alberto - the owner and expert at Superior Muffler. Alberto first explained to me what was wrong, gave me a plan, quoted me a fair price, and about an hour later, my son and I were on our way home quietly roaming down the highway as Toyota intended, purring, not roaring.
