The office is modern and clean. The equipment is top-technology and it is well maintained. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. From the technician and interns to the doctors, they all take their time to explain and answer any questions. I have never felt rushed during my visits. They have a wide selection of frames but brands tend to be on the high-end side. Ultimately what you pay is based on your insurance.

The waiting room has 2 couches and 2 chairs. There were tons of people there on a midday Wednesday and all the spots were full, but no one was standing or uncomfortable. Actually it was such a cozy spot that the stranger guests waiting were chatting amongst themselves. They also provide complementary coffee and snacks in the lobby. The employees were so professional and kind. You enter to visit the Dr on the right and exit the left to where the glasses are, then talk to someone at a table open to the lobby. First impressions are everything. So who calls me to apologize? Not Dr Presley, the office Manager. Result? I go three days without insulin because of a lack of professionalism, dedication and lack of concern? So while talking to the office manager I cancelled my wife's and three kid's appointments here. The doctor was nice enough and prescribed me more antibiotics but told me everything I already knew about my chalazion. Now I have to call an ACTUAL Oculoplastic surgeon to remove my Chalazion and it's going to take a month longer than I thought it would.

That alone would not make me give a poor review. What is completely unacceptable is when my wife called to see if the appointment could still happen, the man who spoke with her was rude, unhelpful, curt, and hung up on her. Completely unprofessional. If that's how they treat new customers, we are glad to not use them, ever. We are making arrangements with a professional optometrist and are happy to avoid this business.

He answered all my questions and concerns and didn't make me feel rushed at all. He's very personable and easy to get along with! The office staff is super helpful, they were able to get my husband and I appointments right next to each other, so we could come at the same time. They also explained our insurance coverage to us really well, in regard to getting eye glasses. They have a fairly large selection of eye glasses to choose from if you end up needing them. I took a picture of one panel of glasses, but they have 4 or 5 more outside of the picture I took. There's lots of parking available! I highly recommend Dr. Salinas and his office team and will continue to go to them every year that I'm living in Orlando.
