The therapists here are very patient and genuinely care about the children that receive services here. I found all the staff supportive, caring , and invested in my 2 children. They are willing and capable of communicating to their families, schools, and any other staff that the children work with outside of the clinic. Not having experienced anything like this, I didn't know what to expect. Scheduling was a breeze. I arrived to my first appointment and was taken back to a room after filling out some paperwork for my initial evaluation. My physical therapist, Dr. Bastian, is a godsend. He was thorough in my initial evaluation and listened to my concerns intently and had a ton of helpful information to ease my mind about everything I am going through. I have had several sessions so far and every time I leave, I feel a bit more encouraged and confident. I trust that with his help and my hard work I will recover from this terrible injury. I will definitely be looking forward down the road when I can update this review when I am healed up! Regarding the facility, upon walking in, it is one large room with the front desk to the left and gym to the right. It is well kept and everything is disinfected after usage. Employees are masked.

I'm just gonna start this one off right away and say: I am not a fan. Two stars... Why? Why not…read moreone? Well, nothing "happened" but it's an overall observation on their operation as a whole. We dealt with one therapist at speak easy solutions and he was ok, scattered and unprepared, but in his defense the scheduling is absurd! Patients are scheduled every :30 minutes which obviously leaves no time to take notes on the session before you move on to another patient. No one remember that much specific information over the entire course of the day. It's not possible. I've had two of my children speech therapy over the last eight years, so I've been through the hoops more than once with this. Or as they say not my first rodeo! Speech evaluations in the past have taken anywhere from 1 to 3 hours to complete and required an additional 1 to 2 weeks for a report to be scored and generated. When I took my son to speak easy for his first visit the amount of time scheduled for the evaluation was 30 minutes... Yes 30 minutes. OK fine so maybe he had some insight from previous reports, but 30 minutes isn't much time to even establish a rapport with a kid. So, basically the place seems like a machine that just chews through therapists. Everyone looked pretty young that worked there and they all unquestionably looked completely worn down and overworked. We shall continue looking for a quality therapist. The scheduling is impossible to provide adequate care, especially when your co-pay is $40. I wouldn't send any of my friends there and we certainly won't return either.

My experience has been absolutely wonderful and if you are looking for an integrative pediatrician, I truly believe you will not find anything better than this practice. Staff - I adore all of the staff at CIPC. Dr.C was incredibly intelligent and kind. Debi and Gail, the NPs are super sweet and take time to explain everything. Mel, Wendy, and the other nurses are a wealth of knowledge and remember patients on a first name basis! Ear infections - I want to highlight this because its so significant to me. CIPC rarely ever prescribes antibiotics for ear infections. You know why? Because most ear infections can be solved by a quick chiropractic adjustment to drain the tubes. When my oldest son, 4 months at the time, presented with redness and fluid in his ears, our previous pediatrician gave him a dose of antibiotics. When that didn't solve it, they wanted to give him ANOTHER dose. Nope, moved over to CIPC and after one look, then sent us to an integrative chiropractor. Within a week, he was perfectly healed! We now go proactively once a month to get both of my kids ears adjusted and neither of them have ever had an ear infection! We started full time as patients after that. Service - the service in my opinion is the best of the best. Every appt is 30-60 minutes long! Most ped offices give you 10-15 minutes tops, so this is unique. They take time to hear your concerns, address them, and solve medical problems by getting to the root cause of the issue instead of just writing a prescription to mask symptoms of underlying disease. They are always available - my youngest son (6 months) is currently sick and I've called nearly every day to speak to a nurse. They always take my call, spend time on the phone with me to hear my concerns, and help me out with either an appt or OTC recommendations. This practice is more boutique-style, so there is a $100/month charge for your children to be a patient there. But to me, it's 10000% worth every penny. Vaccines - this may or may not be important to you, but I love that they start their *optional* vaccine schedule at 6 months instead of 2 months. This gives time for the gut micro biome to become more established before starting vaccines and the detox process. Additionally, they prefer to vaccination when your child is healthy. When my oldest was 9 months old, he was due for a vaccine, but when I brought him in, he had a mild temperature and a little cold. It was advised we wait until he is 100% healthy before giving him the vaccine - amazing. All other ped offices would have given it to him anyways, potentially making him feel worse. We came back 3 weeks later when he was healthy and it was a quick in and out 10 min appt for the shot. I LOVE CIPC. I started at another very popular ped office but was discouraged when they kept prescribing my son antibiotics and medicines for seemingly minor issues. My two boys (toddler and 6m old) have never had to be on any antibiotics or prescription meds since joining CIPC. Every ailment has been solved with a natural, integrative approach and for that, I'm eternally grateful.
