Great place. They know what they are doing. Felt better from lower back pain after 2 weeks. Off meds.

Well, nothing "happened" but it's an overall observation on their operation as a whole. We dealt with one therapist at speak easy solutions and he was ok, scattered and unprepared, but in his defense the scheduling is absurd! Patients are scheduled every :30 minutes which obviously leaves no time to take notes on the session before you move on to another patient. No one remember that much specific information over the entire course of the day. It's not possible. I've had two of my children speech therapy over the last eight years, so I've been through the hoops more than once with this. Or as they say not my first rodeo! Speech evaluations in the past have taken anywhere from 1 to 3 hours to complete and required an additional 1 to 2 weeks for a report to be scored and generated. When I took my son to speak easy for his first visit the amount of time scheduled for the evaluation was 30 minutes... Yes 30 minutes. OK fine so maybe he had some insight from previous reports, but 30 minutes isn't much time to even establish a rapport with a kid. So, basically the place seems like a machine that just chews through therapists. Everyone looked pretty young that worked there and they all unquestionably looked completely worn down and overworked. We shall continue looking for a quality therapist. The scheduling is impossible to provide adequate care, especially when your co-pay is $40. I wouldn't send any of my friends there and we certainly won't return either.

They said they will call the new insurance company and let me know how much is cover. Fast forward two months later they didn't verify anything. When I called speakeasy solutions, they said their front desk person left so they were really behind. Regardless, it's bad excuse, especially when it comes to children's disabilities.

My 15 year old daughter sustained multiple concussions beginning last summer. As she was not getting better, I continued to seek help for her. We were referred to your practice for speech therapy to help with her cognitive function. The first time I met Michelle, I knew she was in great hands. She took her time explaining everything she would do and why it was important. She was so thorough that I didn't have any questions after our first visit. My daughter has really enjoyed working with her and has stayed positive throughout her recovery all because Michelle is such a joy to work with. She actually thinks it's fun to go to speech and appreciates the relationship Michelle and she have built. She even took the time to give me a complete update last week and made additional suggestions for helping her with her schoolwork offering support and communication to her guidance counselor if needed. My daughter has played volleyball for 7 years and thought she would play throughout high school and hoped to play in college. At this point, she likely will not return to the sport she loves so much, which was a really hard pill for her to swallow. Because of the connection, respect and compassionate care that Michelle has extended to her, she is still smiling and working to get better. This is what Whole Care means to me and I am so grateful for the care she has received. I commend you for your leadership and having the best speech therapist in town!

If you care for your elderly parent don't take them there. They not only didn't help our mom they even committed a HIPPA violation. I didn't want to say that before but since they didn't care about what happened I needed to say it. No doctor told us that my mom was on end of life and they say we needed to take her to a skill nursing facility with rehab. Well we did and our mom passed a week after being at that facility. We could have taken her to inpatient hospice since she had less than six month to live. She was uncomfortable at the place she was. They had her in a hallway because they didn't have enough personal to check on her all the time. The dr at the hospital told my sister that she didn't need hospice because she was going to a skill nursing facility and thanks to some therapist at the place I was able to contact hospice and took her to inpatient at Advent Health were she passed in a comfortable way. She was in a room by herself with just the family members and not a lot of people she didn't know in a hallway. This hospital did everything wrong with our mother we suffer a lot seeing her they way they treat her and the way they treated us. Please don't take your elder parent there they don't care about people when they are old. My first review was May 15 our mom passed on May 27.

Chris gave me a warm welcome, helped me get set up as a patient, and scheduled a series of appointments along with an initial exam. When I arrived for my first appointment, we discovered that my phone had blocked their calls, so I missed the message asking me to reschedule because of an unexpected therapist change. Rather than sending me away, Director Corey arranged for another location to see me so I would not lose momentum in my recovery. I appreciated that effort. My second appointment at the Oviedo location was with Bianca, who was thorough and highly professional in her assessment. My third appointment was with Nathan. He was direct, listened carefully to my concerns, and worked to address each issue head-on. I appreciated his professionalism and the progress I made with each visit. When I reached a milestone in my recovery, he recommended reducing my visits from twice a week to once a week. Each appointment was tailored to my progress, with clear explanations of why we were doing certain activities and what goals we hoped to achieve. I continued to see improvement as I practiced the recommended exercises to support my recovery. As I approached my "graduation" from the program, Nathan made sure I left with stretches and exercises to keep strengthening my legs, hips, and ankles and help prevent future issues. He also provided a resource for additional information and offered to answer any questions afterward. This level of customer service is rare today. Thank you for such a positive experience and for listening and tailoring a program to meet my specific needs, both now and in the future. If you need physical therapy, I highly recommend Ability Rehabilitation in Oviedo and Nathan as a trusted partner in wellness.
