Calier was extremely helpful and sweet in scheduling the appointment for my Mother-In-law. He went out of his way to call the Center and ask them if they can accommodate disabled persons. He made sure to check for handicapped parking and the suitable timings for her on the weekend. JASON- Radiology Tech is a phenomenal person with a compassion for elderly people with disabilities. He took such diligent care of my Mother-In-law that words would not suffice to describe it. He made her comfortable laying down for back X ray by putting pillows under her knees to alleviate her back pain. He helped her get in and out of the x-ray table and on to her wheelchair. He was so caring and sweet and kept inquiring if she was comfortable and at ease between every x-ray taken. He is a gem of a person who has care, love, and empathy for the elderly. He is a great asset for your organization. Tiara- the Front Desk person was genuinely nice and sweet to check her in and make her whole experience a warm and pleasant one. They are all wonderful, awesome, amazing, astounding, extraordinary, incredible, stupendous and awe-inspiring individuals, who go all out to do their professional job with elan, finesse, poise, grace and elegance, without any expectations. She was very good at explaining the process, she was very concerned for my comfort, and was quite pleasant to deal with. I would absolutely go to this facility again for imaging.

In the last year and a half we've had three visits to this outpatient facility. One for an…read moreoutpatient shoulder repair where we were billed $1000 because the facility used an out of Network anesthesiologist. The anesthesiologist did not bill for a year so we didn't even know we had any bills left and then we received a bill for $1000 which if it was in Network would've been zero. We then had two family members have a colonoscopy in the last year also at this facility. The doctor was in net work the facility was in Network but the anesthesiologist again was out of network. We were billed $500 for each Colonoscopy and we're also not billed for nine months after the test was done. We were not informed that it was an out of network provider and they are now demanding payment. It is the facility that sets up the anesthesiologist so they are responsible for not using the proper provider for our services and not informing us of an out of network provider. Therefore I would not recommend them to other people and I would not use their services as they are not upfront and honest with their providers and insurance claims which leaves the customer owing large bills.
