Funny they didn't say that when they took my $6000 all I've been trying to do per Anthony is get my money back. He feels I have a but no one in the company will return a call or receive a call from me except their call center who plays stupid. All I wanted was my money back. It didn't work, of course I'm upset because both my wife and I were looking forward to something that we never got. They shouldn't be allowed to do business. Plus, I wanted a practice closer to home as I was tired of the 30-minute commute. Based on the 4 and 5-star reviews I read, I decided to give this location a try. I was greeted warmly by the staff, and I stated I had both Medicare and Florida Blue supplemental insurance. The receptionist stated Dr. DeVoursney was accepting new patients. I also wanted to try a Doctor of Osteopathic given I'm in very good health and was looking for a physician that practices a holistic approach to healthcare and prevention, rather than treating disease or conditions. I was given an appointment date and various documents to complete to transfer my records to this location. On my second visit, I needed assistance in completing all the paperwork correctly. On this date, I got a 5-star employee named Shaquanda Sanders at the Front Desk. She was very friendly and welcoming and was quite knowledgeable on the paperwork process. She walked me through the questions I had, provided examples of how to fill out certain sections and was a joy to work with. She made me so comfortable and made the process a breeze. If Shaquanda is just one example of the caring and competent staff at this Center, I'm very much looking forward to my first appointment with Dr. DeVoursney in the Fall.

They are pretty quick and efficient to tackle whatever issue you have and they also have a pharmacy with basic medicines for sale or you can get a prescription sent to your pharmacy to pick up your prescription prescriptions with insurance.

Instead, we were informed by the office manager that the appointment had never been confirmed on their end and that my father was being discharged from the practice due to an alleged no-show on 6/9 and rescheduled appointments on 6/26 and 6/30. To clarify: - My father never had an appointment on 6/9. Neither he nor I scheduled one, nor were we ever informed of one. - On 5/30, he was hospitalized at AdventHealth East Orlando and was later transferred to PAM Rehab Hospital in Winter Garden, where he remained through 6/13. He was physically unable to attend, or even be aware of any appointment during that time. - It turns out the 6/9 appointment was made by AdventHealth during his hospital stay without our knowledge or consent. - I called the office on 6/26 and 6/30 to reschedule due to my father's recent hemorrhagic stroke, which has left him with significant daily challenges. At no point was I told of a rescheduling or cancellation policy, nor was I warned that his status as a patient was at risk. I was simply given a new appointment for 7/2. To then arrive and be told that his appointment was unconfirmed and that he had been discharged, with no prior notice was shocking and deeply frustrating. The communication breakdown was unacceptable. I strongly advise against seeking care from this office, especially if you or your loved one is living with a disability. Managing a disability is hard enough without the added stress of poor communication, indifference, and a lack of compassion from a healthcare provider and their staff.

I recently started my infusion therapy at IVX health and have to say that this is the best infusion center for my needs! What I love about it is that you get your own private suite with a nice recliner, TV, and wifi! They offer a variety of free snacks and beverages as well. The facility is clean and the receptionist and nurse are fantastic. Also, this location has plenty parking! However, they are only open 2 days a week for now but that could change in the future. I had nurse Alex on my first visit and she was so friendly and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable by checking in on me every 30 minutes throughout my 2 hour infusion. If you do need any assistance, there is also a call button in the room that you can press as well. If you are looking for a peaceful environment to get your medical infusion, definitely check out IVX. On their website, they list what insurance they take and the process of how your doctor's office can authorize IVX for the treatment. They also list the medicines they can infuse. Before you can even start the infusion , they make sure your insurance covers the treatment so no surprises which is great! I am so pleased with IVX and so happy to be getting my infusions here!
