We had a new system put in a couple of years ago. Started having problems & they came out many…read moretimes to fix....some worked but were still living with other major issues like cooling the same in all parts of the house. After working with them a year ago to try & get things normal, I had an accident & have just now been able to reach out. The system just doesn't work correctly. We moved in this house as new & the system worked fine. Understandably about 13 years later we had to install another one that Benson installed & it worked fine. Our system Barineau just installed has been nothing but problems. If you're too warm you need to go to the other side of house, too cool go to another room. They added another vent (wanted us to pay part but we didn't) in our bedroom because the heat & cool wasn't working correctly. Now it is either too cool or too hot. I don't understand why their new system can't work as good as the other two systems that were put in our house ??? I feel like the whole system needs to be taken out & re-installed. I've never had or heard of a new system not being a constant air flow throughout the whole house.
