After calls & msg left for 2 days, he clled back once Sat & sd he would "come out 1stt thing Mon", which he of course did not do. I called twice Mon afternoon after apparent "no show" and called today(Tues) & still no CB. So, today I called the City and registered this complaint. He is on City list of approved contractos, but that needs to change. The city staffer was very helpful, as usual, and is checking my options and will CB (they always do, unlike this less than honorable businessperson).
