Out of all the motorcycle repair shops I try to find out here in New Jersey this is the spot to go to. Every problem I had they fixed it like it was nothing. They really get the job done . When you call they pick up in 2-3 rings. I never had one issue here. This is the ONLY place I will take my bike to. I highly recommend this place!

Owner and mechanic of Bike Boys, Alex Borghi worked on my Harley Davidson. Quoted me $700 for work,…read moreincluded a hose replacement for an oil leak, oil and fluid change, he replaced my front and rear brakes. The service was good for two weeks, and we had a written and verbal agreement to pay in installments and that was agreed upon by both parties. Service has been paid $300/$700, until I had a small accident after using my rear brakes to shift down and stop at a red light. The rear wheel locked while in motion. After close examination the brake pad he replaced is nonexistent, and the piston went through the rotor. After a simple brake service in addition to other services done, I will now have to replace the brake caliper, the piston, rotor, and new brake pad, I will now be spending double to repair the bike after his damages. Mechanic Alex has since blocked my number and ghosted me after agreeing to fix the issue he caused. I will be pursuing this issue to the highest extent of the law. Thankfully I am not dead. He has zero organization and poor communication. The issue has since been professionally diagnosed and not based on assumption! Harley compatible parts were not used for the brake servicing! Also not disclosed was the ongoing issue Alex had while doing my rear brakes, to the point that diagrams had to be looked up to determine whether or not he was correct! Not only was the tone and choice of words on the phone call I had to make from a separate number despicable but extremely rude to a customer and friend he had a personal friendship with. The issue after being professionally diagnosed was deemed not a user error but a mechanical error. Mr. Borghi since has still not returned any call or message and since deemed he is not responsible for the work done when clearly he was the only person to touch my brakes. There should be no surprise after reading this review as this will remain on his conscious forever!

I purchased my vehicle approximately four months ago, and I strongly suggest that anyone searching for a car also consider dealerships with a better consumer history. Only 28 days after the purchase, I began experiencing mechanical issues that could affect the engine. Although the company performed repairs, the same problems continued to return repeatedly within less than three months. In addition, I do not believe the vehicle was properly inspected before delivery. The car was handed over with the oil close to its limit and with very low fluid levels in several systems that should have been properly filled. The tires were also already very worn and had to be replaced within just four months. I have driven less than 2,000 miles, yet the vehicle has already presented multiple serious problems. Even when the 3-month warranty is activated, customers are still required to pay part of the repair costs, in addition to transportation expenses and time away from work. I paid about $6,000 as a down payment, and so far I have spent approximately $8,000 total, including installments and repair-related costs. When I tried to exchange the vehicle, I was told there were over 200 cars available, but I would still have to pay additional money to make the exchange. After all the loss and frustration, I was expected to pay even more just to get rid of a defective car. Another very important detail is that for vehicles with more than 60,000 miles, customers may be asked to sign documents waiving the 3-month consumer protection, which makes it extremely difficult to resolve serious defects later. My advice, especially to non-English speakers: * Never sign anything under pressure. * Take all documents home and translate every page before signing. * If any problem starts, communicate only by email to keep proper records. This experience caused me to completely lose trust in this business. No one spends this much money to end up with a car that brings stress instead of safety and peace. Please think very carefully before purchasing from this company.

I want to leave this review as a warning to anyone thinking about buying a car from this company…read more If you are planning to buy a car for more than $20,000 like I did, please consider looking at Facebook Marketplace first. You will probably find similar cars for half the price and the quality might honestly be the same. The difference is that when you buy from this company, you pay a lot more and still risk getting a broken car. In my experience, this company sells defective vehicles. The problem with my car started only 22 days after I bought it. Since then, I have reported the exact same issue five times, and the car has already been repaired four times for the same problem. After six months, the issue still continues. What is even more concerning is that during the purchase process they make you sign paperwork that includes a paragraph where you waive certain rights. I strongly recommend that anyone buying from them take the contract home and read every single line carefully before signing anything. I feel extremely disappointed and unsafe driving this car. No one should spend more than $20,000 on a vehicle and then have to deal with the same mechanical issue over and over again. If you have also had problems with this company, please share your experience in the comments. It would help other people understand how common these situations may be and help future buyers make a more informed decision. I truly hope this review helps someone avoid the same mistake I made. I have been doing business with this establishment since 2010 when I bought my first new Waverunner…read moreand have had mixed feelings as they've changed leadership many times over the years. I was also happy to see the Motorcycle Mall name come to Monmouth because I had fond memories of buying my first motorcycle at their shop in Belleville in 1996. When the touchscreen on my 2020 Yamaha FX SVHO Waverunner stopped responding, I called the dealership close to my house in Tom's River. They told me that because they were prepping everyone's skis for the summer they had no appointments available and that I should call some time after Memorial Dsy just to try to get an appointment. They also let me know that mine was a common problem and that the parts were delayed and difficult to get. I called Motorcycle Mall and was able t speak with James who confirmed what Toms River told me but suggested I get it to them to diagnose. He gave me a drop off appointment for the following week. When I arrived, there was no question that they were just as taxed with servicing existing customers also eager to start their PWC season. The place was a bit of a madhouse. Construction, painting, and customers and their machines everywhere. The staff not only assured me that they would get to my ski that week but they had someone come and unhook the trailer from my truck with the same care I use myself. They understood the value of my possessions to me and could not have been more respectful. Both Teddy and James explained to me that the parts were likely going to be delayed but they needed to diagnose the problem in order to get the process started. I left the ski and as promised, they assessed it the very next day and called me immediately to tell me they were going to start the warranty process and order the needed parts but again warned me that it could be weeks and maybe even months. I got a call about two weeks later saying the part was in and that they wanted to schedule the repair. Expecting multiple week delay, I was shocked when James asked me about MY schedule and preference to get it to them. He explained that it should be a quick job and we decided it would be dropped off the following week. When I returned with it I got the same five star service with assistance unhooking and I left. I got a call the next day and was told I could pick it up at any time. No charge for the service at all. No extra fees that I could have expected. When I went back to get it I was extremely grateful for the way my case was handled. The place was still chaotic but James and Teddy gave me their undivided attention. When I said that I would have understood if they put me off until they could get some of the work off their desks at this time of year, Teddy told me that they genuinely care about their customers and understand how much their equipment means to them. I have a stressful job like so may do and my ability to get on the water is a significant contributer to my mental health. These guys get it. With the decline of customer service in all industries the response I got from Teddy, James and their staff was actually shocking. I would adamantly recommend using them for the service of all of your power sport toys. Five stars isn't enough! Thank you motorcycle mall. I picked up my ski and went right to the ocean! Be safe friends.

When has a mechanic ever done the work while you watched and waited?!! It was so great that he took the time to talk things through and give me the attention we deserve. When I asked how much I owed, he shrugged and said a number that I couldn't feel comfortable without adding 50%. I highly recommend and I will never go back to the dealer again!
