They supposedly did a diagnostics on my car and said it was my battery and the terminals needed to be replaced. I pick up my car and one day later the car doesn't turn over. I have it towed by AAA again to my mechanic to find out that they never tightened the terminals and they did not check the line to the alternator because it was faulty. I called the car care center to speak to the manager and he raised his voice with me and accused me of not doing things right. I will never go back to this AAA car care center again. I have lost respect and trust in the service people and the other employees. I trusted that I would be cared for because it was AAA but not anymore. Not happy with the management there either. Poor customer service.

I asked if maybe it just needed more freon. They told me no I need a new compressor. Luckily I went to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion and it turns out all I needed was freon for the ac and an $18 replacement pump for the washer fluid. Had to take off a star for that.
