We were greeted with a warm smile, kind words and a cold beverage by Julie, the Operations Manager. Before long, we were welcomed into a conference room by Advisors Brady & Lucas. After listening carefully, they shared their knowledge, insight & considerable experience in crafting a plan to realize our goals. When I asked a question about something that was outside their expertise, they GOT AN ADJACENT EXPERT ON SPEAKERPHONE TO ANSWER US CONCISELY! I asked the receptionist to print out a piece of paper so l could finish my taxes. The accountant Ellen Fusco screamed at me demanding to know why l'm using their printer. I was a client of 9 years and have used their printer in the past. She was screaming at me to the point i was so scared, embarrassed, and upset. She berated me in front of other clients and workers. She said she was too busy and didn't have time to help, but had the time to scream at me over a printer she doesn't own. I requested a tax extension and Ellen Fusco announced to the whole office I needed the extension because I didn't have the money to pay my own taxes. Save your money, time, and sanity and find another establishment. Ellen Fusco is so scary and a mentally troubled woman. In selling my home in July 2024 ,i had a old mortgage from 2001 to 2002 that was never discharged by the Mortgage Co or a satisfaction of release/discharge filed in the county clerks office. i called Howard Stipe of Premier and he went to work on my behalf . He called the title officer of the buyers title company and resolved the matter within a hour. My escrow money held by the buyer's title company since July 12, 2024 was released immediately .
