Most night guards, crowns, retainers , etc can be made without the need for traditional impression materials. The saying " a picture is worth a 1000 words" holds true when you see a leaking filling or a fractured tooth on the screen when a special intra-oral camera is used during the exam. Maybe best of all, dental injections can be avoided when cavities are diagnosed and treated early using the dental laser. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable and caring. They have no sympathy that you're hurting and told me to take Tylenol and Motrin, together every 6 hours for the pain. REALLY?! Are they trying to over-dose me, or shut my liver down, or BOTH! Have they been watching all the WARNINGS from the FDA?! Trust me, if you like to waste money on nothing and to be billed for procedures that have not been done, this is the perfect place, but if you're hurting and need immediate dental attention, you WILL NOT get it here!

I was at his office with my mom one day this past month and Sherry (nicest lady ever) recognized me. She called me that next day to see if I ever got the tooth removed. Which of course I didn't and Dr Catron had her bring me in for a free 20 minute consult. They were so nice and yesterday was my appointment to get the tooth out. I was scared but honestly I don't know what I was scared about. He is the absolute best dentist ever. He was kind, he made me laugh, he really cared about how I was doing. He would stop every few minutes just to give me time to breathe if I needed it. I will never see another dentist as long as Dr Catron is still practicing. I sincerely thank them for everything they have done and if anyone who is reading this is considering this office for their dental work, you need not look any further cause you have found the dentist you need. I was so much pain and after I FINALLY got permanent crowns, I would continue to have issues and lots of pain. I had to find another dentist to look at both crowns and found out Dr. Falace's office did both crowns wrong and they were the wrong size. So I had to pay OUT OF POCKET $1,000 each $2,000 to fix the crowns Dr. Falace's office did. His assistant did most of all the work. At my other den office, the main dentist did all my crown work. They didn't let the assistants do the crowns. I hate to make a bad or negative review but this has been a nightmare for years dealing with all the tooth pain from the crowns to finding another dentist to look at them and fix the crowns. I had to end up getting the old crowns out and new ones put in because they were the wrong size causing me to have a lot of issues and pain. Dr. Falace was a nice man but I wouldn't recommend getting any crowns placed at this office. I would recommend to read reviews and find another dentist office for crowns. If Dr. Falace's office can help me get a refund for those 2 bad crowns and send a letter to my insurance to take them off so my insurance can pay for the correct crowns, then I will be more then happy to delete this review. Having MULTIPLE issues with your teeth (CROWNS) was the worst pain ever. I had skull surgery and my pain was more horrible. The pain was so bad for a very long time. I had no idea it was because the crowns were wrong and I needed them out and two others crowns replaced to fix what this office did in the past.
