I was at his office with my mom one day this past month and Sherry (nicest lady ever) recognized me. She called me that next day to see if I ever got the tooth removed. Which of course I didn't and Dr Catron had her bring me in for a free 20 minute consult. They were so nice and yesterday was my appointment to get the tooth out. I was scared but honestly I don't know what I was scared about. He is the absolute best dentist ever. He was kind, he made me laugh, he really cared about how I was doing. He would stop every few minutes just to give me time to breathe if I needed it. I will never see another dentist as long as Dr Catron is still practicing. I sincerely thank them for everything they have done and if anyone who is reading this is considering this office for their dental work, you need not look any further cause you have found the dentist you need. I was so much pain and after I FINALLY got permanent crowns, I would continue to have issues and lots of pain. I had to find another dentist to look at both crowns and found out Dr. Falace's office did both crowns wrong and they were the wrong size. So I had to pay OUT OF POCKET $1,000 each $2,000 to fix the crowns Dr. Falace's office did. His assistant did most of all the work. At my other den office, the main dentist did all my crown work. They didn't let the assistants do the crowns. I hate to make a bad or negative review but this has been a nightmare for years dealing with all the tooth pain from the crowns to finding another dentist to look at them and fix the crowns. I had to end up getting the old crowns out and new ones put in because they were the wrong size causing me to have a lot of issues and pain. Dr. Falace was a nice man but I wouldn't recommend getting any crowns placed at this office. I would recommend to read reviews and find another dentist office for crowns. If Dr. Falace's office can help me get a refund for those 2 bad crowns and send a letter to my insurance to take them off so my insurance can pay for the correct crowns, then I will be more then happy to delete this review. I made my first visit to Dr. Snowden's office this week for a tooth problem. I let him know that I…read morewas a "dentophobic" patient and had only been to a dentist a few times in my life when I absolutely had to. He and Devan, his assistant went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. When it was determined by X-ray that my cracked tooth would need to be extracted, he slowly explained the process and that he would do everything possible to keep me comfortable. He took his time, giving me a small amount of lidocaine to start the numbing process, then waited to give me a second shot of it to complete the numbing. Throughout the procedure, he inquired about me having any pain, which I did not have. In fact, I suffered NO pain at all throughout the process, . I selected Dr. Snowden after reading his many reviews saying how friendly and professional he and his staff were. I am so lucky to have selected him as my dentist, and I will certainly return.
