Dr. Eyerer is not only knowledgeable and skilled, but he genuinely listens to his patients and takes the time to understand their concerns. He makes me feel heard, respected, and cared for in a way that far too many doctors overlook. We need more doctors like him in the medical field today. The entire team at his office reflects the same level of professionalism and compassion. The nurses are consistently kind, supportive, and attentive, and I always feel comfortable and cared for during visits. The receptionist staff is also friendly and welcoming--such a refreshing change from my old doctor's office where interactions often felt rushed or dismissive. For me, finding Dr. Eyerer and his team has restored my trust in healthcare. I am incredibly grateful for the positive difference they've made in my life, and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Eyerer to anyone looking for a doctor who truly puts their patients first. I refuse to allow them any sort of responsibility when it comes to my health and so does my entire family.

She takes the time to get to know you and answers any questions you have. She always ensures that each visit is a great experience and that I do not leave with any doubt about our plan to maintain my health. There was one visit where I waited in the room for a little over 30 minutes, but the Medical Assistant keep checking in on me every 10 minutes to update me on the status and to offer water. The fact they kept me informed and provided a reason for the delay was satisfaction enough that the Doctor and the Medical Assistant care about me as a patient. The doctor was very apologetic when she came in, but I was not unhappy with my experience. I will continue to go here for my primary care needs.

After a while my number was called and the woman behind the desk couldn't find my lab order for an A1C test. I needed one done prior to two doctor appointments that same week. After I show her the test order on MyChart, which clearly states that I need this blood work done, she tells her colleague she needs to go to lunch and is looking elsewhere on her computer. For a second time she asked me my PCP's name and insisted that it was an old one I had. Then I'm asked if I want to call my PCP to check on this. I said no I do not since the order is right here on MyChart. She then asks her colleague if she wants to call because again, she has to go to lunch. I said never mind, you have a great lunch and left. One hour of my time I'll never get back due to incompetence. So frustrating.
