They never did a confirmation of pregnancy when I went in specifically for that and the doctor literally terrified me by saying my body was basically going to be ripped in half, mind you, this was my first child so I was already scared! The other doctor that's there has misdiagnosed everyone in my family just about every time we've gone in. My mom had an infection for half of a year because of them. I refuse to allow them any sort of responsibility when it comes to my health and so does my entire family.

Also, I've been denied medication, my records, care for problems that are very apparent are not taken care of and ignored. I've been lied to numerous times. The emotional stress and trauma this has caused me is something that I cannot even put into words. At this point, I don't care what they think. She takes the time to get to know you and answers any questions you have. She always ensures that each visit is a great experience and that I do not leave with any doubt about our plan to maintain my health. There was one visit where I waited in the room for a little over 30 minutes, but the Medical Assistant keep checking in on me every 10 minutes to update me on the status and to offer water. The fact they kept me informed and provided a reason for the delay was satisfaction enough that the Doctor and the Medical Assistant care about me as a patient. The doctor was very apologetic when she came in, but I was not unhappy with my experience. I will continue to go here for my primary care needs.
