She takes the time to get to know you and answers any questions you have. She always ensures that each visit is a great experience and that I do not leave with any doubt about our plan to maintain my health. There was one visit where I waited in the room for a little over 30 minutes, but the Medical Assistant keep checking in on me every 10 minutes to update me on the status and to offer water. The fact they kept me informed and provided a reason for the delay was satisfaction enough that the Doctor and the Medical Assistant care about me as a patient. The doctor was very apologetic when she came in, but I was not unhappy with my experience. I will continue to go here for my primary care needs.

He didn't argue and pleasantly brought me to my room for intake and to wait for my doctor. Dr. Abbott came in and chatted with me about my symptoms. He was very detailed and never seemed rushed to get to his next appointment. In the next couple of visits he has done the same and has given me several techniques to help alleviate pain along with his work that he has done on my neck and surrounding muscles.
