I've been to others who want to schedule you in 3 times a week and sell you a bunch of supplements and a new pillow. Dr. Morin has all that if you want it, but he doesn't push anything on you. He has me on a maintenance schedule ... one visit every four months and more frequently if I decide I need it. He's a wonderful guy!

A quick pit stop to the restroom before heading home revealed what I had been missing: directions on how to use the salt cave. By then it was too late, I was very embarrassed, and I just wanted to leave. I'll post the salt cave directions here for the next confused first timer. UPDATE: to clarify, "DO IT YOURSELF" is great for people who already know what they're doing. For a first timer, a little instruction is necessary. I had no idea what "DO IT YOURSELF" meant... did it mean walk in like I own the place and just know what to do or did it mean there would be a friendly person there who could give me a quick rundown on what I was supposed to do. It was obvious I was new to this by my clueless texts (which I will include). When I asked what I should wear, the pretty obvious response should have been, "it doesn't matter since you'll be changing into our PJs when you get here," not, "something comfortable." It really isn't obvious what to do when you get there so a few sentences of instruction could go a long way toward making first timers more comfortable.
