Prior to my move out, a week ago to be specific, i emailed staff and asked them to please let me know when they were changing the lock so that I could come down and get the new key but they failed to do so. The reason I chose this location was the flexibility in hours, i understand my rights as i am part of a legal firm that practices in contracts! Keeping a prepaid payment for 2 days due to you changing the locks to upgrade your system is an illegal lock out, especially when i request to be let known which specific date you changed my locks. The other staff there are amazing, Emma is very unprofessional and disrespectful ans has no customer service skills, she couldnt even carry a conversation with me in the office! She acted as if i was burdening her even for a receipt!​

The manager of the specific location brought in another manager to basically handle the situation and do his job for him. The other manager he brought in was by the name Clark. You guys I could not rave more about this Darrell's employee Clark. He came through, calmed my storm & went above and beyond to make me feel better & to solve the small issue at hand. I honestly don't know if the REAL DARRELL is still alive but as a business owner myself, I think employees like Clark are such a special treasure. I would want Darrell's to know just how lucky they are too have Clark on their team and how much he truly does to represent the company and his fellow co workers in a positive light. The supervisor was not receptive to following my requests and in a few occurrences, a little insulting. This happened on the pack and load side as well as the delivery. The big issue came later when I found a valuable item was missing and it had to be done on the packing side. The supervisor told me not much they can do as thier crew come and go as often as just a week. The owner did reach out and met with me personally which I give him credit for but the violation of rummaging though my alresdy packed items was disconcerting.
