I arrived for my appointment 15-20 minutes late due to an uncontrollable and urgent medical issue. While the nurse practitioner, Amy Rutherford, was available and made aware of my situation she informed the staff that she would not see me for my appointment. This complete lack of empathy and professionalism was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had been waiting three weeks to have my skin evaluated for another potential serious issue of which two independent doctors recommended testing. Although they did try to appease me and reschedule me for the following day at 8:30 in another office, I was left feeling disheartened by this entire experience. It's truly seems like that they prioritize costly cosmetic procedures over serious patient care, particularly for those on Medicare. If you're looking for compassionate treatment, this is not the place for you. This treatment has made me feel disregarded, and I will be seeking care elsewhere. I do not and would not recommend this anyone.
