Much needed manicure and pedicure post being quarantined for 2months! I live in Gilbert but happened to be in the central Phoenix area and came across this pretty big nail salon. I called in advance and was informed that they were taking walk ins. Showed up and the customer service was great! Very impressed with how clean the salon was, they had many polish options and the ladies were very nice. I even got a great show, loved the surprise karaoke! I really enjoyed my pedicure, however my manicure was okay. I know I showed up an hour before closing time, but I felt like I got a mediocre hand massage and the lady doing my mani was in a bit of a hurry to check out. I had two people provide me service. Nevertheless, because I checked in on yelp, I got 10% off which was awesome, go yelp!! Would I go here again, I probably would if I was in the area, but would try to come in earlier or figure out who their all stars are. Great customer service though. read more

This was my third time here but things were super rushed (I know it was Friday at 5 pm but I still want pretty nails for what I am paying and tipping). The price changes. My first time was $55 for gel tips (don't know the lady but she did an incredible job) second time was a fill with gel. $45 charge from a nice guy. Third time all of my nails just needed to be replaced which happened but was $60 with no soaking just getting my nails taken off manually which I did not mind but not sure why this time was the most expensive when it was the most rushed. I understand prices change with different services but I did not get an extra service this time, just the lady removing my tips with literally another tip being wedged to get them off. I will go to Sundrops Nail spot from now on which charges the same and always massages your hands and does an actual manicure. read more

I made an appointment to get a full set of nails and pedicure I walked in I still had to wait for service. The male who helped me did a poor job I'm my full set. ( see photo) I had to explain to him how to do a simple colored French tip and he was easily distracted by his cell phone. You can clearly see in the photos the French tip is crooked and he had non steady hand. The pedicure was very rushed and I didn't even get a massage or feel relaxed. I definitely won't be recommending or returning for service. I paid over $100 for poor job I know it was near closing time but I made prior appointments. read more

They said it's be about a 15 minute wait but I Wasn't in a rush so it wasn't a problem. The building itself is nice and seems pretty clean to me. I appreciated the variety of music playing. I wanted a full set of acrylics with a French ombré. They came out okay. I didn't love them or hate them. I wanted almond shape and I got coffin The French ombré blend looks great! Came here with a friend on a Saturday afternoon and it was PACKED. Every pedicure chair was taken and there were a couple of people in queue waiting for a manicure. They said it would be a 15-20 minute wait for (2) pedicures, and it was an accurate estimate. This shop is in a plaza so there are a lot or stores around it. We went out and got some coffee nearby (Dutch Bros) and by the time we came back, they were ready for us. I got a classic pedicure + French. The price was pretty reasonable but I didn't think the service was that great. My foot spa was piping hot at first I had to ask them to cool it down. On the other hand, my friend's foot spa was super cold and she had to ask them to heat it up. My pedicurist cut my toenails too short and I didn't like the way my toes ended up looking.. but the French tips were very clean, I'll give them kudos for that. Just wish my toenails were a little longer because they look very stubby. Not the best pedicure but it was very affordable ($22 + $5 + tip). They have a 10% off coupon on yelp for first timers too. They charge $1 for credit cards so bring cash if you want to avoid that surcharge. If I ever come back I'll just make sure I tell them exactly what I want. My fault for not specifying but I've never had to do that before. Also, not a big deal but their cover photo is not their work..... So it's just a little deceptive. I wanted to go a little bit above because I was going to go on vacation. When I got there, one of the lady (I assume she's the owner) got us started pretty quick. Do not recommend.... The shop is nice but when removing my previous gel pedicure she repeatedly burned me with the nail file and didn't even notice. Now my toes are swollen and they hurt pretty bad. On a cleanliness note, she cleaned the callus remover tool and over tools in my dirtied foot water. This should not be acceptable. read more

I went there today for a pedicure and dip nails. I was allowed to pick what kind of pedicure that I wanted and they did a fantastic job. I made the mistake of asking for dip nails without learning the cost upfront and was surprised that they charge $50 for nails that had nothing more than clear polish on them. For $50 I didn't even get nail tip extensions or a special shape. As I was leaving I didn't see any prices posted. The service was fast and they did do a good job but I would ask what the costs are upfront before receiving any services. I guess I wish I would've had Susie since that's who everyone only has beautiful nails from.... My boyfriend and I came in since we are doing Christmas pictures and I haven't had my nails done in awhile and my place is about 30 min away. I had no gel or polish for a few months so these were clean nails and I was so disappointed in the quality, should've left them unpolished! I have my thumb nail that is missing polish on the side, the other thumb has an imprint from the brush, she only did 2 coats of white so you can see the smears underneath. I definitely won't be back and for sure do not recommend this place to anyone. It is only $27 for a gel mani but I would rather pay my normal price and not be sad every time I look at my nails. I went for a fill and color change (original acrylics from a different salon), and everything seemed fine until about an hour after I left. My nails started getting a weird wrinkly texture that I think is due to not enough cure time between layers or too thick on the gel. After five days, some of the wrinkles have come up, exposing the nail beneath. I've never had anything like this happen before. I would not recommend this place. read more
