Called for service on a thursday and had to leave a message, no callback, tried friday no callback over weekend or on monday. We've used them in the past for garage door repair and they were always good. However, things have changed - been having issues with our garage door this week, so starting Monday left a message via their website, sent an email, and then a voice mail. No reply at all either phone or email. Based on the reviews that I'm seeing on here, guess I'm not the only one. Not going to bother with them and have contacted someone else. Tried contacting this company for the past week, by email on Nov.12th, Nov. 13th, and Nov, 9th and telephone message on Nov. 14th. Never received a call back. Left a detailed messages on what kind of service was needed on their email site, and by telephone, still no response. All I get is a thank you for your message replying to email. I contacted Brian about a door he installed many years ago that had not been installed straight. We had the metal and flaps replaced on the outside of the doors. On the north side of the door, there was a half inch gap between the flap and the door since the door was not installed properly. After no one came out for two weeks, I called again and then a third time without anyone contacting me. I called Precision Garage Doors and they came out the next day and adjusted the door. read more

Hired them through home depot. They never answer the phone. You have to constantly call to get updates. They sent an inexperienced person to do 3 hours of work and they were there 10 hours and di not fonish. Had to wait over a month to get it finished and I had to call to get it done. Now they are over an hour late to finish the work no call, no notice. Asked for an arrival time. They have not called. Get another contractor. They do not care about their customers. read more

We had top notch service from Deyo Doors. I won't hesitate to use them again (although I hope that we won't need to any time soon!). The torsion spring on our garage door broke over the weekend, rendering the door unusable. I called Deyo, and because they had already closed for the day, left a message. They called back only about 10 minutes later, even though it was a Saturday. First question they asked was whether we had been able to get the cars out of our garage. I appreciated the concern; they really seemed to care about helping not just the job. They worked with our schedule to fit in a service visit. The service truck called before arrival, showed up on time, and did the work quickly and efficiently. Not to mention for a great price! All in all, we're satisfied customers and would recommend Deyo whole-heartedly. read more

Here is my story, I ask Deyo to reply if I am wrong. Went to Home Depot and bought the door. Deyo was the installer. Brian, the OWNER came out and inspected what I had to see if other supplies were need. The installer shows up tells my wife he needs different pieces of lumber to do the job and will come back tomorrow. They call the next day and have to reschedule because they didn't have time to get the lumber. Rescheduled to come and show up LATE. He installed the door. NOTHING wrong with the quality of work. The problem I have is he was going to hookup the sensors that were not hooked up correctly for FREE and didn't. AND from my kitchen window I could see in his truck and NO LUMBER. But what is odd is this is, I used to have the same 2X10 the installer used in my rafters for the garage. I would have gave it to him the first day he was out or if he asked but he DID NOT ASK. Once he was complete he asked me to back date the paperwork so they wouldn't have to answer questions about why it was not done when it was scheduled to be done. There are SO garage door companies out there choose wisely. I will call someone else next time. Again I encourage Deyo to dispute anything I have commented on. read more

The worst customer experience ever! Quote started in mid November - I was told it would take 2 weeks - On January 22nd I gave up. I never got a status call - it would take 3 or 4 days to return my calls asking for a status. I asked 5 times to speak to the owner, nothing. I think the customer service lady dropped the ball and would not own and she never told the owner, but just my guess. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE WHO CAN'T BE HONEST! SAD... read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We ordered our garage door through Home Depot on 10/21/19 and Home Depot told us that Deyo would be calling us to schedule the install. They never did. We had to go to Home Depot and have their manager call them to schedule the installation. When the day of the install arrived, no one showed. I called to reschedule the installation and they reset the date for today. AGAIN ANOTHER NO CALL NO SHOW. I've informed Home Depot and Clopay of this company's inability to follow through on their scheduled appointments and have STRONGLY recommended to them that they drop them as a contractor as this company's poor customer service and work ethic reflects poorly on Home Depot's brand equity. I'm currently working with Clopay and Home Depot to receive recompense for Deyo's incompetence, to recover the garage door we paid for and to get the door installed...a mere two months after we paid for it. I will also be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to ensure that this experience has been documented. read more
