Long story short, the only way to get mobile orders is via a printer, and if there's a problem with that printer, the order gets lost. Does not seem like a great system. There's not really an apology, and no offer of expediting my food or any discount. and I am told that it will be at least 15 more minutes. The kids are all done and starting to get antsy, so I tell the person to cancel my order, which is too bad because now I have no dinner. That, and I was really looking forward to a DF Caribbean style burger. The lack of compassion/apology as well as the original mistake (somehow my order slipped through the cracks for almost 40 minutes) are major fails. They also have several beverages (wine and beer selections as well), fresh fruit, salad bar, and a section for grab n go sandwiches, chips, and ice cream. Pro tip: they have an option of buying a refillable souvenir cup. Depending on the amount of time you're here will determine the price, but you'll get unlimited refills. The cups are very small and don't fit a lot in them, so you'll be needing to refill them often. But is convenient to have for pool/resort days if you need one and doubles as a take home gift. On to the food: the chicken and waffles was pretty good. Chicken was crispy and juicy - the waffles were alright, nothing special here. The pizza is pretty good. Those two options were probably the best thing I ate at the market during my stay. They filled me up, but it wasn't over the top by any means. The bacon burger was not good. Bacon wasn't even cooked all the way and was flimsy. The Mac n cheese is nasty I recommend skipping if you're getting the chicken, go with the mashed potatoes. Our group didn't have a good experience with breakfast offerings. I had the steak and egg quesadilla and it had clearly been sitting on the warmer for a while. It was eatable, but upset my stomach once I got to the parks. Someone else got the ham and cheese croissant and he said it was rock hard and ended up throwing it away. Grab n go and the pastry/deserts were a great snack to grab! The donuts were alright along with several of their cheesecakes. If you're eating here, ask them to make it fresh; otherwise, you'll likely get something that has sat on a food warmer for an extended period of time. You'll have to wait longer, but it will make for a better dinning experience. You can get it for here to eat in the dinning room or to-go to eat in your room. Avoid peek dinner times to avoid long lines. Again, I suggest looking around the resort and getting a better meal for the same price.

There's a giant connect 4 for kids to play with, windows looking onto the Nemo pool area, an arcade next door for kids, and a coloring room for kids next door too. Gorgeous setting. Now if only the food matched the atmosphere. --The Prime Rib-- The slow-cooked prime rib was flavorless and arrived lukewarm. The au jus wasn't much help either. Think beef broth with no seasoning and you're basically there. This looked, felt, and tasted dead. Not what you expect from a prime rib centerpiece. --The Chicken-- The Southernmost Buttermilk Chicken was OK--/emphasis on OK. But like the prime rib, the seasoning was an afterthought. Pass the salt and pepper if you want any flavor out of either dish. --The Dessert-- I took the server's recommendation and went with the Pineapple Mango Upside-Down Cake. Why did I listen? The presentation is beautiful. The taste did not keep up. Lesson learned. --The Drinks-- The Turtle Krawl was the bright spot of the meal. Now when I say favorite, he is the current favorite. That does change around. But I love the ones that interact heavily with the crowd, including the tables they are not waiting on. That shows the dedication to the work and a genuine interest in the performance environment of the restaurant. But don't discount the food. It is darn good. I have had it all. And I love it all. The pot roast is amazing. The salmon is delicious. I would get the onion rings every time if they didn't leave me with the heartburn, I always get from onion rings. But what I really love there is aunt Liz's fried chicken. A huge portion of moist and delicious chicken cooked perfectly with a delightful breading that simply can't be beat. I love it. I get it almost every time along with a shake. I love the chocolate. I love the peanut butter and jelly. I pretty much alternate those two. Desserts are great and I've had them a couple of times but I'm usually too full for dessert unless there's a few people there who wanna split them.
