It is quick service so you can take your food to go or dine inside. A lot of people we have seen, will order food and head back to the pool. I would do that too! Once you get inside, you can mobile order. I highly recommend mobile ordering so you can grab a seat and then sit down. Once your food is ready, it wil be bagged up and placed in the to go area. I had trouble finding it, since it was not well marked. It is located in the front near the cashier. If you do not want to do the mobile order, you can order with the cashier and then go sit down. If you choose to do this, they give you a pager and the cast members will bring your food to you. We visited recently to grab something to share. We were headed to the restaurant upstairs but they did not open until 5. They also have one of the new chicken tenders that Disney recently released. This is really what we wanted. We got the Citrus-glazed Chicken Strips which came with a side for $12.99. For the side we decided to get a side of fresh fruit. It had melons, grapes, mandarin oranges and a couple of strawberries. It was actually a really nice little fruit cup. The chicken tenders were awesome! They were super crispy with a fantastic orange glaze and then a few mandarin orange slices. I really enjoyed these. They were so much better than I thought and I would for sure go back here to just get those. They also have the well talked about Rivera cookie. I personally have not had it yet but I have it on my list to try. Overall this is a great quick service. We cant wait to come back and try some of their other options such as their Bolognese with pasta, the croque Monsieur and Spicy Italian Sandwich. Their options are more upscale as opposed to other quick service. You do not need to be staying at the resort to come here. If you are at Studios or EPCOT, it is a quick skyliner trip over. My other son loved the teriyaki steak bowl with rice he had. My sister and niece loved the teriyaki noodle bowls. They tried chicken, steak and shrimp. (All the same price which is impressive to me that regardless of protein the price didn't go up). My mom and I loved the soup bowls with rice noodles. They have chicken or veggie broth and we preferred the veggie one it seamed to have more flavor and it wasn't as salty. We also had breakfast there and it was really good. The child's portion was the perfect adult portion for us to start the day. They even let us have coffee included. The employees there are amazing as well. One night my mom wasn't up to going to the park so she stayed back and went to get dinner herself and there was an employee that carried her tray for her and helped her. The next morning she was there and my mom wasn't able to tell her manager how amazing she was. We made a reservation well in advance just in case but the place seems large enough where walking in shouldn't be much of an issue. After sitting down we got right back up as we opted for the breakfast buffet, which at $30 is an absolute steal. Let's get into what we got: We started off with carbs: pancakes and waffles. Both of which were okay with there being. A decent wait on the waffle machine. Unless you're craving either we would say it's not the best bet to stack up on. For meat they have a lot of options from bacon to pork sausage to chicken sausage. The bacon was alright and the pork sausage was the standard small ones you find just about everywhere; the chicken sausage though was delicious, a nice sweet flavor to it and large. They also have eggs and breakfast potatoes alongside the meat, the eggs being meh and the potatoes being pretty good. The better egg option is the omelette bar which is fantastic. There are probably about 20 different ingredients you can toss into them and it is well worth the wait. Oatmeal is another carb offered and that's self-serve so you can make it how you like. Many different pastries are also available so you can get a fix on your sweet tooth (all were pretty good). Last, for drinks we got chocolate milk, coffee, and juices from their self-serve juice machine. For that we got mango and apple juices. Again, for the price of $30 this is just an unbelievable deal, especially for families looking to get growing kids fed in as quick and convenient a place as possible. The added convenience of it being close to the pool and just downstairs adds another layer to it. While we can only testify to their breakfast buffet this does also look like a great option to take up on their actual menu. The staff were very friendly and very kind very attentive. The restaurant has a beautiful view over the lake, which is beautiful in the morning as well as at sunset. At dinner time, it was very slow not many guests I guess because of its location next to Disney Springs. But the dinner was delicious so if you are visiting the palace, definitely give Letterpress a try.

The pot roast is amazing. The salmon is delicious. I would get the onion rings every time if they didn't leave me with the heartburn, I always get from onion rings. But what I really love there is aunt Liz's fried chicken. A huge portion of moist and delicious chicken cooked perfectly with a delightful breading that simply can't be beat. I love it. I get it almost every time along with a shake. I love the chocolate. I love the peanut butter and jelly. I pretty much alternate those two.
