Predatory style dental examinations. They told me I had multiple cavities and wanted to charge me $$$ to fix them. Went to another dentist for second opinion and they didn't find any cavities. Wife also went for X-rays and they said she needed a root canal for a few thousand. She went to a different dentist than me and they said none of this is true. Dr. Maloney was so kind and compassionate, in fact the entire staff was amazing. Unfortunately, the Doctor at a sister facility abruptly left the practice leaving me with 2 broken crowns for almost 3 weeks. Dr. Maloney and her team worked me in the same day and treated me so well. Sara the Hygienist was very kind and remembering me from the sister practice. I was impressed with the care and that they didn't take advantage of me, they in fact didn't perform all the services they quoted me as they weren't necessary and immediately took them off my bill. They didn't make me pay upfront trusting I would before leaving. Their reasoning not wanting to cause undo stress. I will be back Dr. Maloney and her team have restored my faith in dentists. Fees: This is the second time they have quoted me a price and the actual amount was $100 more. In explaining the fees, the dental assistant switched the amount I owed with the amount insurance would pay. The best the office manager would do was say she'd talk to him to make sure that doesn't happen again. That does me no good. Dentist: Dr. Phan lacks bedside manner. She does not announce when she's about to stick a needle in my mouth or walk me through any of the procedure. She asked if I had any questions while walking away. Clearly no care for patients, all about farming people in and out as quickly as possible. Had a great first visit with this office today. Office Mngr Chris was very welcoming and helpful on check-in. It's been a couple of years since last cleaning with prior dentist during early covid era. From x-rays to cleaning process, hygienist, Julia, was patient and super thorough. Worst ever. Made appointment for 6-month routine cleaning/checkup in January 2022. They cancelled (voicemail) 1 week before (July 2022) indicating staffing issues. Called to reschedule, next available January 2023!!! They are a franchise of PEAK DENTAL CoSprings. Central call center, central scheduling. Worst ever customer service. Placed on hold at Dental Office (Mirabel) twice for 10+ minutes, finally gave up. Central staff will not provide connection to AJ (owner) or Amber (COO). They do not reside at address noted on website. No method to contact leadership to express dissatisfaction with the entire operation. Completely dysfunctional. I would give zero stars if I could. The dentist said I had 11 cavities and serious periodontal disease. Quoted me over $4,000 for treatment. Went to another dentist for a second opinion and turns out I only had three and no periodontal disease. This dentistry takes advantage of people and makes them think they need immediate treatment. I had to update my review as I am leaving this dental office. Their customer service has been going downhill. I tried to call today to reschedule a regular cleaning appointment and the person who answered was apparently new but wasn't getting any help from anyone to figure out how to use their booking system. I waited 30 min on the phone while he painstakingly searched for open appointment times, only to be told he would add my name to a list and they would call when there was a cancellation. I scheduled an emergency dental appointment here (first time patient) and when I arrived the office was closed. I called, emailed, and waited outside for 25 minutes. When I called I was connected to a scheduling center each time. Finally I heard back and it turns out the office decided to closed early today... There was a half assed apology and then they connected me to another emergency dentist 35 minutes away. This place is BEYOND unprofessional. And even more, they didn't even try to send someone in to see me tonight, even though this was an emergency appointment that I booked literally hours before. I rescheduled meetings and moved my whole day around to make this appointment and they did nothing to remedy the situation. Don't book an appointment here. Especially if it's an emergency. Corporate practice...beware. As someone else mentioned, lots of ads. A great practice doesn't need all these advertisements. Had what I considered a lot of money for re-cementing a 30 year old crown. Dr. Phan was cold and apathetic when telling me I needed 11 cavities filled which is every person's nightmare to hear, especially mine. She has terrible bedside manner and made me feel like she was doing me a favor rather than being compassionate when I was clearly upset at the news. She was also condescending to the hygienist and you could tell everyone was walking on egg shells with her. Will not be returning and I feel sorry for the people who have to work with her. read more

The dental hygienists are amazing. But I've been a patient here for almost four years and this Fall they cancelled appointments on me 3 separate times and another time they called asking me to come in earlier so that staff didn't have to have an hour long gap between appointments at the end of the day. I'm a healthcare worker with an extremely inflexible schedule so having to constantly ask for time off only for them to cancel on me and ask for a new PTO request has been difficult. Plus I was trying to get fitted for my mouth guard so getting a good fitting mouth guard took nearly 5 months because of their constant cancellations. I've moved and it took almost a month and multiple emails and phone calls to get my records sent over to the new clinic. Maribelle is incredibly rude with very little care or concern for the patient. She just hung up on me when I forwarded the email thread to her on the phone regarding my medical records (I sent 4 emails in 3.5 weeks followed by a phone call today). I think this is possibly the first time I've ever posted a negative review but as a healthcare worker myself who works directly with patients, their frequency of cancellations combined with inflexibility when they make me reschedule along with the difficulty of getting access to my own medical records is just not good healthcare practices. Sorry to provide a negative review as it's not in my nature but it's just bad healthcare. I'm genuinely relieved to go somewhere else. read more

Honestly, I feel like this is one of the worst and most unprofessional dentists I have ever experienced. There is a huge miscommunication between the receptionist, they refused to give me a cleaning that I paid for and refused to give me a refund. Do yourself a favor and do not come here. Don't be fooled by their $59 cleaning for first time customers. I find it unacceptable that I scheduled a cleaning and instead they said they couldn't clean my teeth. Stated I needed a deeper, more time consuming cleaning. Charged me $19 and invited me back for a cleaning at the low price of $500. Now I have to find a new dentist and take more time off work. I was visiting Denver from out of town and I had troubles with a temporary crown. I called several dentists trying to find one willing to see me as soon as possible. The general consensus was sorry we can't help. Luckily I called Stapleton, everyone from the reception staff, the technician, to the dentist were great. All were friendly and willing to help. Had to fill out a bunch of paperwork, as a "new" client even though I doubt that I will ever return (kind of a long drive from southern New Mexico). A little odd and seemingly unnecessary; however, insurance rules, etc. probably dictate the process. Anyone in the area looking for a new dentist should give this team a try. read more

I was a loyal patient for 2 full years. All of a sudden they are refused to provide service to me. No reason given and the dentist responsible (Dr. Phan) never called to explain even though office staff promised she would. Nothing at all dramatic or concerning ever happened to me on any visit. I paid all of my bills. Never once complained about anything. Yet now they will not service me, a loyal customer. Makes me wonder in this day and age of fighting for equal rights...what is going on here at this dental office. If I had to guess it may have been because I decided not to proceed with numerous cosmetic crowns as they would not at all be covered by insurance or any discount plan or perhaps it is because I decided to have one implant taken care of elsewhere for half the price that this practice quoted. I would NOT recommend this office. If you do, please make sure that you have ALL their phone numbers in your phone, call them to confirm your appointment (even though they sometimes text you) and make sure before you leave that there are no services they did that they will charge you for and try to bill you several months later. All of the above happened to me. The VERY rude girl at the front desk said that there was an issue with my appointment and wouldn't tell me why. Said that I answered the phone in a rude and unprofessional manner and that they can not see me. I never misses a call on my phone. Probably dialed 303 instead of 720. I booked an appointment for a cleaning. After taking off work to go they could not tell me if I would receive a cleaning or not. I was supposed to see the dentist for an exam, xrays, then the hygienist to determine if I would receive the service I came for. Despite the fact that I had normal xrays on 5/9/18 they wanted to expose me to additional radiation and fraudulently bill my insurance. This place only cares about money. read more

My hygienist, Margaret, did a great job. She was very thorough and spent a lot of time on the cleaning. All of the staff was very friendly.

I'm writing a review here because I'm not sure where else my feedback will be considered. Since moving into the area my roommate and I have received over 10 brochures and postcards soliciting our business (over the course of 3 months). Today when I tried to call and get us taken off the mailing list they said it was out of their hands and that there was nothing they can do. I don't believe that this is the case and I am disappointed that the do not have a procedure in place to prevent unnecessary waste by bombarding their neighbors with unwanted mail. read more
