The screening rooms are smaller than at Cineplex and it's a lot less crowded here and that's why I prefer coming here instead.

Had no trouble at all finding parking. For some reason I thought the seats would recline but it did not. Also the seats I was in H12&13 with my sister, the rotating mini tables where you place your food did not rotate at all and it was stuck which sucked. I had to eat my food sideways while watching the movie because the table was stuck. I would go again but different seats.

Pros: - AC is great - Almost all of the staff were kind and helpful - If you watch at 9 pm or later, the crowds disappear - It's VIP, no babies or children Cons: - Received my drink as soon as the movie started - Talking during the movie and taking flash photos - The seats weren't cleaned, there was popcorn in my seat crevice. - There's only single washrooms, I guess around 12 at least. Which isn't enough if 2 showtimes conclude at the same time. - It's a small section, so it can get crowded if several shows finish at the same time - There's some wear and tear on the seats In conclusion, $60 for 2 before food isn't bad. I would visit again.

Louisa is magic…read more She's the Sales Manager at SW Hotel Toronto Airport. And. She. Is. Magic. Seriously. She may be my favorite Ontarian (not including my wife). Every interaction with her over the last few months has been amazing. She's kind, personable, clear about what's offered, honest about what's not, and helpful about assisting with anything (within reason) that she can help with. I was a little reticent to use SW Hotel when I first saw the place. From the outside, there's really not a whole lot going for it, because it used to be another hotel, which Sandman Hotels had purchased. Stepping inside, I was surprised to discover that the design and layout is drastically nicer than what the outside and parking lot would suggest. The rooms (I've stayed here multiple times now) are also nice, and include either a King-sized bed (in a bedroom, along with a convertible sofa bed in the living room area) or two Queen-sized beds (with a convertible sofa bed). All of the standard amenities are included (fridge, microwave, etc.) and the bathrooms (washrooms, whatever) are nice and clean as well. The pictures on some popular travel websites appear to be very dated compared to what I was offered during my stays. Also, many of the reviews (on some popular travel websites) are unfairly harsh and whiny. Louisa did mention that renovations are happening and they're tackling it floor by floor, which would suggest that certain floors may not be as modern and aesthetically up to date as others, but other than some design choices, everything is likely the same. I know the 9th floor isn't that great, but the 2nd, and 6th floors were nice. They have breakfast available. It's like... $6-7. I can't vouch for it. Even when it was made available to me, I didn't get a chance to eat it. All things considered, for the price ($80-100 depending on various factors), this is a very nice place. The excellent service that I've received from Louisa and team has only solidified my positive feelings about SW Hotel. I can only imagine that it will become nicer as the renovations continue. I was already a fan of SW Hotel before my interactions with Louisa. Now I'm bordering on becoming like an irrational Justin Bieber fan where SW Hotel can do no wrong. P. S. The pool and fitness center are pretty decent.

We had planned to watch Fantastic Four during the last show and booked two special-needs seats online. Parking downtown already costs more than the tickets for two, but we were looking forward to a relaxing evening. About twenty minutes into the film, a staff member approached us to explain that one of the "seats" we had booked was not actually a chair at all, but the space reserved for a wheelchair. This crucial detail was never made clear on the booking site. Unlike other accessible venues--such as the TTC or most theatres--that allow guests to choose between using their own wheelchair or a provided seat, this cinema offered no alternative except an awkward mid-show refund. The situation was uncomfortable and completely ruined our night out. Although the management responded publicly on Google in a caring and professional tone, two follow-up emails since then have gone unanswered. I hope Imagine Cinemas takes accessibility concerns seriously and improves both its booking transparency and customer follow-up.
