Then he explained why it was happening and how to keep it from happening again. I asked how much do I owe him and he said nothing. My mouth dropped. All that for just some good will? Wow. I remember people used to do that years ago, but who does that now? Apparently this business does. I was so impressed that I started to ask about a couple other things I'd like to get done to the van, but he said they were booked out 'til August (It's mid-June now), so I'll get the pressing things done now and save the others to contact them later this year or early next when I have time to deal with it again.
