I used the app on their web site to send pictures and info to them for an estimate, which they sent me. I got several emails asking when I wanted to schedule the repair. I spoke with my claims agent Evan at Allstate about settling and not having the repair work done. He told me I would need to go to Classic Collision and get an estimate. He would send them an assignment. I then received a call from someone named Sierra with Classic Collision. She set up an appointment for me. When I arrived, the receptionist ( who had a heavy accent and mumbled) had my appointment, but told me they do not do estimates for Allstate. Couldn't help me. I call my claims adjustor and explained. He spoke to someone at the shop who after a lot of run around told him they don't do estimates unless they are doing the repair. They don't seem to understand or be able to communicate their procedure with either the insurance company or customer. Never a word of I'm sorry. I would NOT recommend this business for any type of repair as they seem to be on the bottom of the learning curve with regards to customer service. Mary B

They were able to get us in the next day. They were very communicative and let us know when they were starting the work on the vehicle and how much their assessment of the damage was. They told us it would be ready by June 6. In the middle of the day on June 2nd, Maria called me to tell me it was ready. Such a nice surprise for a Monday! We were able to drive our Enterprise rental vehicle directly to Classic Collision, pay our deductible and get right in the truck and drive home! Enterprise picked the rental up and processed our return that day. All in all, it was an easy experience during a stressful time.

They finished the estimate with lightning speed, and we made another appointment to drop off the vehicle the following week, as the repairs were pretty involved. Picking up our vehicle, the impact points on the body were totally nonexistent, and the cargo boxes mounted on the back had been re-balanced and tuned.
