He initially put the starter in wrong which was located inside of the engine so he returned a few days later attempting to finish what he started. During that repair, he was pulled over, arrested for driving with a suspended license, and taken to jail while my car was completely disassembled. Because I am a parent of two children and could not be without transportation for long, I even attempted to arrange bail for him so that he could finish the job. Despite that, I gave him another opportunity to service my older Toyota. Unfortunately, this most recent experience has left my vehicle in worse condition than before the repair attempt. He explained to me he would be back later in the week to fix it fully before he left my house and has now completely ghosted me. Specifically: * Steven instructed me to purchase approximately $200 in parts. * He charged $300 in labor for the work performed. * Prior to the repair, the car would at least attempt to crank. After the repair, the vehicle does not respond at all--not even a click. * Following this, Steven has not responded to my messages or made any attempt to address or resolve the issue. At this point, I have invested both money and trust, yet my vehicle is inoperable and I have been left without communication or accountability. I would like a resolution to this matter--whether that is a refund for the labor and/or parts, or for Steven to properly repair the issue at no additional charge. I would not recommend him.

Ryan installed a rack and pinion in my car without making sure it was set to zero and then sent me…read moreto go get an alignment as if an alignment would somehow fix the fact that my steering wheel was upside down and my turn signals no longer worked and the abs and traction lights flashing on the dash would all somehow be fixed with an alignment. he blindsided me and overcharged me and he lied about his mistakes to try and cover it up. he promised me a 1 year warranty AND then blocked me after his second attempt to fix my car failed. he spent 3 more days taking the whole car back apart and putting it back together and admitted to needing to replace my steering shaft due to having to damage it to remove it and then I found out later he actually just put the old one back in. a lot of the parts he charged me brand new prices for were actually rusty okd and used. he also mismatched my cars trim and installed components that aren't even compatible with my car. he lied about absolutely everything that he ever said to me from the moment I met him until the day he blocked me and kept my money and breached our contract. I still continue to find more proof of more lies. he even said at one point that he "didnt have a woman in is life" and to please excuse the mess in his car for that reason while giving me a ride home and then later on he must have forgotten which version of the narrative he was going with because he casually referred to "spending time eith his girlfriend" in some other conversation just 2 days later. how do you go from "not having a woman in your life" to "spending time with my girlfriend" two days later?? like I dont even give a shit about his personal life or what the true story is im just saying...you can tell when a person lies so casually and frequently that they dont even notice they just made a massive plot hole in their own front facing persona and narrative. he couldnt keep a single story straight about my car or even his own basic autobiographical details...he also like owes me a bunch of money still and fucked my car up. he treated it like it was the wrong trim package and literally installed incorrect non interchangeable parts. and now he is evading me and hiding and told me not to return to the property when I literally haven't even tried to return to the property/ have a "1 year warranty" in writing....such a crazy bad experience, dude is such a liar and not one truth passed his lips. still finding new issues with my car a month later. have more issues than I ever had before him. check out my google review for proof if thats still up.
