Absolutely horrible! The receptionist is so rude and very unprofessional. While still a patient she…read morehad scheduled my second appointment and when I showed up she said it was not until the following week. I told her that couldn't be because I had told the nurse that I would be out of state. She said she still didn't have me on the list so I pulled out the appointment card SHE filled out so she put me on the list as a walk in so I had to wait another 35 minutes to be seen for her clerical error. So then I decided I would prefer a VBAC and Dr. Juno did not perform those so I had to find another OB. When I did I had to start a transfer process. I was told by the new OB's office that I should still keep all my appointments so I showed up to my next one (keep in mind Dr. Juno's office NEVER called me) and was denied being seen because they had received a request for medical records. By law she can't do that. So the short time I was with her was unfortunately not at all how you'd like to be treated.

From my very first visit till the last time I saw him 4 months ago he took his time and explained everything in normal terms and not medical terminology. The appointments were never rushed and if I had questions who would answer them. He also would say call if you need anything. Dr. Henderson is a people person with very good bedside manners. I always look forward to going to my heart appointment with him.
