The venue does have clear bag and bag check policies, so make sure to check on their policies on their website before arriving. This location hosts multiple different businesses. Once arrived at the location, finding the entrance/floor to the venue itself was confusing unless you've been here before. There was barely any instructions on how to get to the actual venue itself. It is located on the third floor, and the elevator for that is old and smelly. The interior of the venue was not bad, but it wasn't the best either. The venue's lighting was also super dark even before/after the concert. My group had the front row balcony seat, and the view was actually pretty decent. I had purchased the party pass which came with priority entry, a small selection of foods, and a drink. You can find the menu on their website, but the menu is pretty pricey. I got the lemonade and chicken tenders/fries, and they tasted okay. My friend had the second row floor seat (which at certain spots were blocked by stage equipments). She also paid for the associated parking ahead at the time of booking, but the parking turned out to be super far from the venue, which wasn't great either. Overall I probably would not come back here unless there was a concert I really didn't want to miss.

Our vendors were pleased with the overall facility. Over the course of seven months, I worked directly with Fay, the venue's event coordinator. Fay was quick to answer any questions and provided guidance where needed. The overall process and experience ran smoothly. My only change would have been scheduling the final walk through and floorplan layout 1.5 - 2 weeks prior to the event for any changes. Hopefully, we will use Milano in the future.

There was plenty of space to walk around the property between the ceremony and reception, and the outside lights in the garden area were stunning once the sun went down. The windows in the chapel don't face the westward sun, making it cooler (as opposed to other venues we've been to where it's so hot). There's a cool 1920s car that makes for great photo ops. I'll also note the food was excellent, and the bartenders were phenomenal. The staff was remarkable. If we were planning a wedding, we'd definitely consider The Peach Orchard.

Paid a substantial amount of money for this service and we were prohibited from bringing in our own service provider. Venue coordinator did NOT honor contract and was disorganized, changed original contract, late, unprepared, rude and has NO business running a venue! This is not even everything! Save yourself the headache and find another venue, until reliable management is hired!

Visited here Sunday for an open house. I actually haven't been to this location in several years…read moresince I planned a wedding here. They have done some major upgrades and it looks great now. It accommodated so many different vendors and decorators who were all able to make the venue shine. I'm actually excited to plan an event here for clients very soon.
