When he got there I told him I didn't have the key (long story) after lecturing me for ten minutes About not having a key he said he can't get it on his truck. I told him to just pop it into neutral and drag it up there. He said he couldn't and He LEFT ME THERE. HE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING HE JUST LEFT!!!! Drove off. I called 101 towing and guess what he did... he popped it in neutral and towed my car home. Freddy! Freddy! Freddy! Freddy is the MAN! Seriously this guy was on point! He arrived within 20-30 minutes of calling and he showed up with a stellar attitude. He was informative, professional and comical. People like this are hard to come across. Understanding that positions are easily replaceable, its also important to understand that quality in people is hard to find and this guy is 110% quality! He assisted me with my boss' BMW and he reassured me to not worry, that his precious gem of a car is in good hands. He complimented the car, gave me some insight and took pictures to make sure that he would drop it off exactly how he picked it up. He knew the dealership it was going to and was knowledgeable of the history of that dealership as well. I would most definitely recommend this place anytime! Francisco is "THE MAN" !!!! My new 2015 Corvette needed very special attention because of the low ground clearance. It took Francisco about 25 minutes to get it hooked up and out of my garage. The shifter cable on this car had broken and it is an automatic, so it was stuck in Park. It was in my back garage and needless to say it was a tight fit and this car should only be on a flatbed. Called through my roadside assistance at 8:20am. Said they'd be here by 10:37am. They did not. Called them and they only had one truck available and that guy was held up but promised they were coming. Finally around noon their gps showed they were 3 minutes and away and then for no reason they CANCELLED our tow!! They are not answering my calls or my insurances calls. Just completely ghosting. Service time was as promised, tech was polite and proficient. The reason for my low rating is that they don't take American Express and the driver didn't have a card reader. He took pics of the front and back of my credit card which has me very nervous. I understand the importance of customer ratings, because I search YELP for reviews of all services I need. By not accepting MAJOR credit cards, and not protecting customers' card information because of their antiquated payment processing, could cause customer dissatisfaction and loss of confidence in their company. I don't think I'll use this company again or it I do, I'll ask if they've upgraded their payment processing. read more

I am geographically challenged - so giving my exact location was difficult. Freddy called me, asked me to send him my location from my iphone - he arrived within minutes. Brought levity to a rather stressful situation - full of smiles - knowledge - and kindness. I had to change address for mechanic and he was so easy-going and thoughtful when my mind was racing. Freddy called me out right away and showed up in 15 minutes when my insurance company told me it was going to be 60 minutes. Who gives a tow agency 5 stars, right?? ME! Bc Francisco saved me from a huge headache and got me out of the heat. Used my roadside assistance thru Allstate which seemingly took forever to get thru. They quoted me 90 mins (mind you I'm on the I17 exit ramp in 114 degrees). I called and was reassured 25 mins and Francisco showed up in less than 10!! As if a car breaking down isn't enough, I needed to have it towed to a different location. Instead of dealing with Allstate to switch locations, Francisco looked out for me and just took it to the shop! He had cold water and insisted I relax in the ac while he hooked my car up, which he did quickly and safely. Even waited for my Lyft driver since I had to be somewhere else. If I could rate them 0 I would. I am still sitting on the side of the road waiting for them to arrive I called 3 hours ago and they said 75 minutes and they still are not here. Last I checked 75 minutes was 1 hour and 15 minutes. After reading all the reviews it's clear this company does not care about their reputation. I have say in the Arizona heat for 3 hours because of their lack of professionalism. Do not use this company at all seriously call someone else. I just called another company because it's been 3.5 hours and I haven't even gotten an update or courtesy call. The other company said 1.5 hours give or take 15 minutes let's see who shows up first. I will update with answer soon Central showed up after 4hours, I did cancel the other tow cause I'm not rude, but I will never use central towing again because they were not remotely close to the time promised even 30 min late would have been forgivable but 2 hours 45 min late in 100 degree weather is unacceptable. DO NOT USE!!!! My car in my driveway wouldn't start, so I called around to a few local tow companies. The service received from the tow truck driver, Scott, was awful. Immediately getting out of his car, he treated me with shortness and rudeness and was upset I didn't have the keys right away. When I called management to make my payment and ask for a discount for the treatment, the manager Mike told me to wait another hour for a different driver, then when I asked why, he had told Scott to leave. Looking outside the window, the tow truck driver was gone! Not only was this poor treatment by both parties, but then the manager had the audacity to say it was because I was so upset and emotional (even though I was talking in a collected way) that the tow truck driver left. Absolutely confusing and poor quality service. Maybe I just got unlucky with who I dealt with, but it was a 0 out of 5 stars experience. read more

I would recommend them because they were fast and efficient but I would have say to request another driver because the man who towed my vehicle would not communicate with us. We were grunted and gestured angrily at. It was awkward and frustrating. We couldn't wait till he was gone. Plus he wasn't very helpful with putting my car in the driveway. He left it in the middle of our street and we pushed it in with help from a bystander. If the tow driver would've helped, I would of tipped. His loss. Once upon a time I got a flat on a 100°+ July day. I called USAA and thought I had a towing company lined up but alas, when I called them they said they didn't even cover the area I was in. But then a the clouds parted and a miracle was bestowed upon me. That miracle was USAA reassigning the job to Central Towing. In twenty minutes less than what USAA had told me, my truck driver Fransisco showed up, gave me an ice cold water and told me to have a seat in the air conditioned cab of his truck while he took care of my car. If he hadn't come along when he did, I could've died- well maybe that's a bit dramatic, but he still did a damn good job! read more
