The lady I talked to on the phone was incredibly rude and told me 3 times that they would be there in 20-30 minutes and I waited for hours (3.5 approximately). Once the driver finally got there, he didn't introduce himself and just stared at me and told me that I could get in the truck. It was the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE 15 minute drive in my life. He thought I was under 18 and "joked" about how he called girls like me "10 & 30, 10 minutes of pleasure and 30 years in jail". I was absolutely disgusted, NOT TO MENTION HE THOUGHT I WAS A MINOR. He continued to tell me how he was 46 and single, the Mexican prostitutes he's paid $100 for (which I learned is a lot) and his love life with a woman in Mexico. THEN he tells me he's also an uber driver and when us girls get drunk, we show him our boobs and spread our legs for him. Thank goodness he turns it down, right?? I would have rather pushed my car 15 miles to the tire shop than experience this mortifying situation again. read more

I called on Tuesday looking to schedule a tow for my 1966 Marlin, i spoke with Jesus and he was able to quickly schedule a time to pick up the car for Friday (earliest I could do it)... he arrived a couple minutes early, he was so fast, so kind, got his truck in and the car out in under 20 minutes. Frank was amazing and calming in the entire situation. Car died on a 105° day and he was there literally within minutes. I told him how it wouldn't start and he tried everything before actually giving me a tow, jumped it, played around and finally we towed it. My husband was told the tow truck would be there in 45 minutes, and it took well over 2 hours. Once they got there everything went smoothly.

Cannot believe how fast, responsive, and reassuring it was to work with Gallardo's the last day and a half, specifically working directly with Jesus. Running an A/C company in The Valley means the trucks are always on-the-go helping people stay cool. Their fast service allowed us (North Valley Mechanical) to complete calls we had scheduled today, even though the truck broke down last night! Needed a tow. The original ETA was 50 minutes and I waited over an hour and a half for nothing. I called them once an hour and 15 minutes passed and they said they were 10 minutes away. 30 minutes later, still no tow truck nor an update. I called my insurance company who requested the tow truck and Gallardo told MetLife that they never received request for a tow truck for my car? Huh? Yeah, okay that's a lie because you guys knew my information over the phone when I called. Terrible way of conducting business, if you're not on time, at least call your paying customers and communicate. It is too hot in AZ to wait that long for a tow for two miles away. read more

Crazy experience with this guy today. The tow guy shows up with major attitude, tells me the address he's taking the car to. I tell him I had actually set it up with Camelback Collision-the dude literally puts his hands on his hip and says "I'm not taking it there." I ask why, he says because they're closed. I tell him I had just spoken to him and they have a night drop off, it was fine to take the car over there. The guy throws a major fit. I'm talking major. He starts yelling at me because I told him I need to call insurance and confirm that they had set it up for the collision center.. The tow truck driver got impatient and said AND I QUOTE "I'm just going to drive off with your car now, bye!" And went to get into his car. My husband chased after him and told him to stop. I asked the tow truck driver to release my car, that we would not use his service if we couldn't take my car where we wanted it. Driver refused. Driver then stated "fine I'll drop it, but then I'm leaving!" I said please do. Driver violently put my damn car down and drove away. IT WAS WILD. In conclusion, for God's sake don't use this company. PS in response to the response I got: As long as that crack head tow truck driver is still on the road, no, all is not forgiven and I have informed my insurance to never recommend you to customers again. I have no idea how you "controlled" the situation, but I never heard back from anyone until I wrote this review, so I can only assume nothing was solved. read more

Horrible! I was quoted a time of 20 minutes. Called them back after 45 minutes. They said they were 5 minutes away. Attempted to call back 3 times but went to voicemail "that has not been set up". Called them from my daughter's phone and the pick up immediately. They put me on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. They finally arrived 5 minutes later. read more

So let me tell you my experience with this towing company. On 04/10/2019.. I received back to back phone calls while at work in regards to a tow.. for a Vehicle that didn't even belong to me. It was a friend of mine we we're in an accident on Saturday, yes the vehicle was parked at my home, as I asked the lady on the phone who she was trying to reach it was my phone number but looking for my friend. I had to let her know she was calling the wrong person, I happen to work for the same company as my friend, so I walked to her department handed her my phone and the tow truck lady on the other end of my phone got rude with my friend. I got 5 more calls from them even after they were advised NOT to call my phone. I got reprimanded at work and sent home for the day..as I was pulling up to my house, I saw the driver leaving..I was honking and waving him down. I was ignored. So I called the number that called me and the lady that answered was extremely rude, I asked if I was calling Gallardo towing..yes why? Explained I am jus pulling up could she have her driver turn around,. She stated No.. explained I was honking and waiving and she said "you can honk all you want, my driver has been sitting at your F******, HOUSE for over 15 minutes" so no excuse on my part but I see who the F are you talking to like that, if you would have been calling the right person this would not have happened.. her response " I don't give a F***" and she hung up on me. I tried calling back and kept getting sent to voicemail... Turns out they were never dispatched to my home. So what...if someone else handed over the keys..the vehicle would be considered stolen..so my question is how did my info and address get to them and Why are they not very nice.. Bad experience and I would NECER refer this company, because of miscommuncation I Have lost wages, and no one can tell me where or why this was contacting me. This company harassed my son when they showed up to tow his Dodge Ram 4x4 in a chain & hook tow truck when he advised them that they cannot tow his 4x4 with that type of tow truck. They said they will hook back tires to tow and front tires would be in neutral and roll...... 2 issues here- 1. 4x4 has to be towed on a flatbed. 2. The truck was broke down because of front wheel bearings.... We requested a flatbed and they assured us that is what they sent... they were 2 hours late and very unprofessional. In addition, they expected my son to sit in his truck while it was being towed backwards.... Do not use this company. We ended up having great service and tow from Western Towing. If you insurance secured this company tell them to change it, they have no idea what they are doing and will damage your vehicle. So glad my son had his protection with him and told them to get the F out of there after the ongoing harassment.
