We reached out to the company for a refund and received a rude reply and a denial of any kind of refund. Save your money and re-watch Sixth Sense if you want a spooky evening. When any animal is hungry enough they'll eat anything, including white bread! I told the lady collecting the tickets that all the cat bowls were empty of food and she said she couldn't leave the area but she'd get them some food later. How about the lazy ladies sitting in the hallway getting off their butts and taking care of filling the empty bowls! It was more than upsetting to see. Pamela was kind, knowledgeable, and interspersed the history of Knoxville and various buildings/restaurants as we went on our walking tour down Gay Street and Market Square. We stopped and had tastings (appetizers/small meals) at three local restaurants, tea tasting at a local tea shop, and dessert over 3 hours. I was able to snag a burger from the Abridged Truck at Xul. What I consider to be the best smashy-burger in all of Knoxville. We all had time to snag a pint at the brewery but it was a grab and go type of thing.
