Traveling for a living this raised a red flag to me early on. When I pulled in the hotel, it was an old door on the outside motel and was obvious people were living out of it. I called the holiday inn express (which I am platinum member, they know this) across the street and got a room for $90/night. When flying they will use any airline that gives them the biggest profit. As soon as you build up enough miles on an airline that will upgrade you or fly your bags for free (saving you money), typically you will not fly that airline any more. This company is a joke among the travelers of my company. If things change I will gladly edit this review, but as of now I recommend finding an alternate travel agency.
