Start to finish, super impressed with the installation of 12 shutters. Some were in precariously high areas due to the cathedral ceilings in our house. Mike was meticulous in wiping down any areas where a smudge was made, and he also went the extra mile to clear away some cobwebs. The shutter installation was first rate. I've wanted plantation shutters for a couple decades and finally started looking. I saw this company's truck & trailer headed north on 99 and jotted down their number. After reviewing their very positive YELP reviews, I set an appointment. Charlie came to my home, measured, and quoted me then & there (in writing) for shutters on my two front windows. (I liked that.) After a few more quotes from others, he was clearly the best price. His product samples were GREAT. I called and asked if he'd return and quote ALL my windows- was not a problem! He again gave me his quote on the spot. Taxes and installation are included. My shutters arrived at least 1-2 weeks sooner than expected and were made locally vs out-of-state. Mike- the installer- set up my install immediately. (What a GREAT GUY!) I now have uber-confidence in his ability to install in even very difficult places- like stone next to a window... My shutters are quite beautiful- better than expected, and at a price I could actually afford. Mike installed moldings around every window- I didn't know that was included! Both offered up their PERSONAL cell phone #'s in case anything comes up service-related. Independent of one another, they emphasized "I'm happy if YOU'RE happy." This ought to be their slogan. I tried my hardest to beat Mike's price with just about every shutter retailer online to no avail. He went out to my first property, measured, quoted, and installed within about 6 weeks. We were extremely satisfied with the shutters and had him come do our new construction as well. We haven't had any issues despite having two cats that love to climb on them and a dog who likes to look out the windows. We also had various window sizes from small bathroom windows to extremely large windows with semicircles, no window seemed to be too difficult of a challenge. Excellent quality. I wholeheartedly believe that Mike would honor his lifetime warranty should we ever experience any issues. Best price, best quality, and Mike is an all around great guy. These guys got my job ready and installed well before the estimated timeline, and were incredibly neat and conscientious with the install (this may seem irrelevant, but they even closed the gates to our property when they came in/left, which is a chronic complaint of mine about contractors - they always leave our gates open!). Just super friendly and considerate. And, I LOVE MY SHUTTERS! We got sliding plantation shutters on a sliding glass door into our master bedroom and I'm kicking myself that I didn't do this years ago. It is a clean, fresh product. Excellent construction.
