She told me that the office will call me with my appointment and to call in a couple weeks. Well no call from them so I called several times only to get a voicemail in the referral department. I left several messages with out ever getting a call back. Last Sunday I got very sick and went in Monday to see my doctor. They had me walk in after 1 to see a different dr who was extremely rude. He told me there is nothing wrong with me and I'm just having panic attacks and to come back in 2 weeks for my cheat pain. I spoke with the manager because i was very upset and told her I had pleurisy last year and this was a similar pain. I asked her if i could get pain meds to help me and she told me no that I basically wasted my time here and if I am feeling that sick to just go to ER which I did and was diagnosed with costochondrotis. The manager told me she would look into my referral and call me back by the end of the week. But she never did. A week and a half later I called to see what was going on and they had no idea what I was talking about. They told me no one ever started my referral. And they would start on it today 2 months later. I asked again for the manager to call me all she did was have a receptionist call in her place saying she was to busy. Today I went down there and spoke to her. She told me that they have no communication between each other and I'm not the first person to have my referral not even started or looked at. But shes working on it. She told me she personally will call the specialist and get back to me by the end of the day. I'm so not holding my breath. But they will have my medical records for me by the 17th so I can find a new primary doctor. I just cant believe the lack of care for their patients from the staff to the doctors to the manager. I will never be returning to this office as long as I live.

Just a little preface: yesterday I went in with my regular doctor because I woke up with nausea,…read morediarrhea, a fever, and stomach pain on the lower right. My doctor said if I threw up again to go to the ER because she thinks it might be my appendix. That afternoon I went to the ER and told them that I was nauseous, I had diarrhea and that my stomach was hurting. So what do they do, they gave me MiraLAX! I'm telling the dr that I'm having diarrhea so why would I be given medicine for constipation? And I then I given medicine for stomach acid because the doctor thought I had a lot of acid in my stomach, when yet I had no heartburn or acid reflex . 4 1/2 hours pass by and all they did was draw my blood, and had me pee in a cup. I asked the dr if I was going to have a CT scan done because my doctor and the first doctor that saw me in the ER both thought that it might be my appendix but he said no it's not necessary. Then, when it was time for me to be discharged, an LVN came to give me my papers, the dr never saw me again, and the LVN told me that I had gastroenteritis, which has caused because I apparently eat too much bread, pasta, rice, pizzas, chili, and greasy foods. She said I know how good the foods can be, but you need to cut them down. But when I left the ER, I looked up the definition for gastroenteritis and it said it was a stomach bug. So there I am being lectured about what I'm "eating", yet she doesn't know that I have been eating healthier and then I've lost 25 pounds, so who is she to sit there and lecture me about what I should be eating when it has nothing to do with my supposed diagnosis. Never again will I be going there nor would I recommend this place to my family and friends. drive somewhere else and save yourself that time.

The staff is also great too. Don't let looks deceive you this place is really good. Yes it's small but you can get in at 7:30am. That's not something other places can provide these days. Check it out. I was here for maybe 30 minutes all together. I wasn't rushed out either. It is attached to the school which is why it's called a school home base dr office. Check it out.
